Step right off the patio into the sand from this beautiful 3-story 5 bedroom 6 bathroom Oceanfront home. Located on 39th Street, this home is equipped with a Rooftop Jacuzzi and Lounge, Pool Table, Steam Room & an Oversized ground floor patio with 2 Fire-Pits. With a fully stocked kitchen and natural gas BBQ, this home has everything you need to enjoy your next beach vacation.
Keep an eye on the waves from the kitchen. A dining area with six chairs is just off the kitchen and has prime viewing of a large flat-screen TV. A half bath is behind the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in a laundry closet. The folding glass doors open up to the giant patio with BBQ and 2 firepits.
Bedrooms 1 through 3 are located on the second floor, while bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the third floor. The second floor is home to all three bedrooms, including the master suite, which features a private balcony and sweeping views of the ocean. The third floor offers a range of amenities, including a pool table, air hockey and ski ball. Glass doors open up to a giant balcony with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and panoramic views of Newport Beach.

-Single Family Home
-Air conditioning is upstairs only (all bedrooms located upstairs)
- Noise from neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
-High Chair/Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay.
-Overnight Occupancy 12 people. (after 9pm) ***
-Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 14 people without written consent.
- You will have full access to the home including the 2 car garage (3rd car can be parked in front of garage)
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival/departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
