SKI-IN/SKI-OUT Park City Resort Village 208 is a completely remodeled condo located in Park City Mountain Resort, putting you right on the slopes. Imagine being just a few steps to shopping, restaurants, ski rentals and more! And, just about a mile away is Starbucks, grocery stores, more restaurants and shopping, and Park City's Main Street. You can catch a free bus right from the entrance of the Park City Mountain Resort to take you just about anywhere in Park City, Deer Valley and Kimball Junction. During the summer months, there are some exciting mountain activities that include the Alpine Coaster, Zipline, the Alpine Slide, and so much more!
This condo features two levels within 1,100 square feet, and has two bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms to easily accommodate up to six guests.
The condo is located on the building's second floor. You will access the home from the elevator or stairs. The inviting entryway has a convenient a bench and storage for your gear, and then you will step into the main level great room - the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This living room offers a comfortable leather sofa and chair, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 55” HDTV with cable programming. The adjacent balcony offers terrific views and fresh mountain air.
Kitchen: The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner electric range with convection oven.
Dining Area: Seating for four at the high-top dining table.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master suite (main level) — King size bed, desk area, 32” HDTV with cable programming. The private bathroom features stone counter double sinks and a spacious tile and glass shower. The balcony access brings in natural light.
Bedroom 2/loft (2nd level) – Two twin over twin bunk beds, seating area with a sofa, 32” HDTV with cable and a Blu-Ray DVD player. The convenient private bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Half bath on main level
Community Amenities: Enjoy the heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, and well-equipped fitness center. There is also a communal hot tub on your floor just down the hall from your condo.
Laundry: Stacked washer and dryer in main level half bathroom
A/C: Wall-mount AC units in main living area and master bedroom, ceiling fan in loft

Great Getaway
The place was easy to find and was a great base location in proximity to Adventure Park, downtown, city parks and grocery stores. The space itself provided everything we needed.

Great location for young kids. It's a 2 min walk to drop off kids at ski school. Only drawback is there isn't many evening food options close by.

Great location.
Can’t beat the location! Ski school around the corner. Condo is updated and a lot of space. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool although a little walk. I’ve skating rink right downstairs.

Great location but dated interior. Everything was clean and the location cannot be beat, but furnishings are quite old and could use a spruce up. Would still book again for location only.

Very pleased with the rental; only criticism the water pressure is non existent so don’t plan on a refreshing post ski shower and careful how much shampoo you use as it will take awhile to rinse :-)

Great Spot
Location is in middle of PCM Resort overlooking ice skating rink. How much closer can you get to the mountain? Made reservation for one of our corporate executives who was very pleased and wanted to stay "forever." Not sure I could say much more than that! Easy process for check in as well.

Ski Trip
The only issue we had was the codes to the building and the room did not work when we arrived. We had to make a couple of calls to get it sorted out. Someone answered the phone right away and we were assisted without any delays.
The place was in perfect condition and updated really nicely. We really enjoyed the location and everything it had to offer. Having a parking space in a covered garage at the resort was a real bonus. We will return next year on our annual ski trip.

Incredible Location / Perfect Place for Us!
We absolutely loved this condo. It is truly right at the base of the mountain and easy to hop on and off the slopes (right next to Pay Day & Crescent lifts). My husband and I were traveling with our 4 children. The loft area with double bunk beds was perfect for them. We appreciated the washer & dryer and kitchen. The kids loved the ice skating rink which is located directly outside the building. We found a couple of great restaurants directly in the village for when we were tired after skiing and didn't want to go to Main Street. Can't say enough about this beautiful condo, it's location and how great it was for our family.

Almost perfect
Loved the accommodations and location
The condo
-Really well done and felt brand new.
-Two bunk beds upstairs, a television, a full bath and a sitting area makes ideal for kids.
-Less than 5 minute walk to lift
-Free bus route right in front of the condo that took you into Park City and back.
The challenges were
-no same day sign up…we had an issue with our reservation at another location. We went onto VRBO mid afternoon and wanted to check in that evening and were told it wasn’t possible. Really?
-we did try to check in the following day and it was a real challenge locating the condo. In the flurry of emails and texts was buried a confirmation process that we missed. No one reached out to us…no call…no text…no additional email. They were very comfortable taking our money but did nothing to assure that we were prepared to check in. In addition. the area is very confusing and I suggest that the landlord provide a map to show the entrance of the building. We called the help line and Mitchell did an extraordinary job helping us navigate through the process. Thank you Mitchell!
All in all…we will be staying there again and would recommend it to all comers.

Very nice, clean, prefect location
Fantastic location- only steps away from the slopes. Fantastic remodel also...everything looks brand new. The washer/dryer is always a bonus (although the dryer is one of those ventless ones so be prepared for the drying time to take extra long) I would definitely stay here again.
