Nice condo, but not for 6 adults

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was nice, clean and an easy Uber ride to Duval Street. The one down side was the furniture. The queen bed in the lower level was old and squeaky, not ideal. Also, we had six adults in this condo but there was only seating for four people. Two of us always had to pull up a dining chair to socialize. This condo could in theory, sleep eight with the pull out couch, so just be aware there’s only comfortable seating for four.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice and accommodated three couples easily, each with our own rooms and bathrooms. Everything was comfortable and cozy. The rental does have a “wet” smell but it seems to only happen when the AC is blowing really cold. The dining space was perfect for us to have a sit down dinner and game night. We made use of the pool on site which was a decent size and relaxing after a very hot day. The location of the rental is also only fifteen to twenty minutes from Duval Street and walking distance to fresh seafood markets and local restaurants.

There was 11 of u total 4 were kids we had 2 units everything was great with exception of the sewer but that was on the city not the unit pool was great everyone had a great time thank yall so much

Adult Family Fun!

This location was perfect for three couples. We each had our own bathroom and plenty of space to make meals and margaritas! We would stay here again.

Very clean! Everything we needed, very well stocked kitchen. Pool area very nice. Had one issue with smoke alarm beeping in middle of the night called in the morning and they were quick to respond. As mentioned in another post the back of the home faces busy Over Seas Hwy it didn’t bother us, one person brought ear plugs and it helped her. I suggest if a light sleeper do the same. But would rent again since location and property were so nice can overlook the little bit of noise.

Perfect Christmas in Key West

We had 3 couples stay, and each couple had their own bedroom with on suite bathrooms. At the time I booked, it didn't show that it had 3 full bathrooms, so we were pleasantly surprised. Kitchen was well stocked to make our meals. Both a front and back deck made it nice to have a morning coffee outside. Location was convenient, 10 minutes to Duval street and beach. I would stay there again.

The unit is just as expected, the description and photos are very accurate. Property is clean, well maintained overall and it was easy to access. We had no problems at all, the complex is nice, gated, and the pool is nice, although a bit small and it gets crowded. This particular unit faces a very busy road in the back so you will get a lot of traffic noise, so be aware because if you want total quiet, this is not it. We have stayed in this complex before and like it, would probably select a different unit next time because of the noise issue. Plus also they decided the trim the trees all around the property the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend early in the morning, so that didn't help with the noise. Overall it's a great property, comfortable, well equipped, and easy to access. The noise is an issue though.

AMAZING!!!!

The property was amazing and had everything you could possibly want and need . We took advantage of the grill and the back porch . The beds were super comfortable.The property was out of the hustle and bustle of Key West but still a very short drive to get downtown .We had a slight problem with the Internet when we checked in. The hosts referred us to the property manager and he could not have been nicer . Fixed the problem and gave us a list of his favorite local places to eat....and the ones we tried were great .Would stay here again in a heartbeat next time we travel with friends/family .Thanks for a great stay!!!!

We had a great girls trip. The place was just as described. We each had our own space and the unit was very close to the pool. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was nice as we didn’t have to pack as many clothes. There is a bakery, Croissants de France within walking distance that is fantastic and also a restaurant, Roostica’s close that was very good as well. There is a CVS (on the corner) for anything you may have forgotten. LOL. An UBER ride to Duvall street averaged around 18 for the 3 of us. Would stay in this location again as it was in a gated community away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The only drawback I would mention is there is a highway on the backside of the property which has a lot of traffic but it did not bother us. Anywhere on the island you will have traffic so it’s something to know, it’s a hoppin place Don’t hesitate, book the unit!#bestiesgirlstrip

Cute place to stay for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was adorable, clean, conveniently located for a quick drive into the town of Key West. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was important for our 5-person party and all the beds were comfortable and spacious. Every bedroom had access to a deck with seating which came in handy for towel drying since we used the pool daily. The pool was perfect for kids and pool floats were available for anyone's use. People at the pool were friendly and the kids had a blast. The small gated community ensured that anyone else there was also from Coral Hammock, so it was safe to let the kids walk over to the pool alone.

2025 Key West vacation

Nice unit. Had issues with keeping the temperature comfortable for all. Goldilocks syndrome, too cold, too hot, but we never got it just right. Xfinity streaming service/cable could have been better for the price I paid for this unit. For the short amount of time we actually spent in the unit, we deserved better than the "basic cable".

Cute area, needs repairs and upkeep.

This was a cute area. Bedrooms were spacious. Decent access in and out. In 2 out of 3 bathrooms, flushes were not working properly. The valve in the tank had to be adjusted manually for the tank to fill. The kitchen was stocked well - for example, you can’t bake anything as there was no oven pan or cookie sheet. Most places in FL at the minimum have beach toys and beach chairs. They had none. For our 3 night stay with kids, we were given one very tiny soap bar, which broke after using a couple of times. Decent property, otherwise.
