Beautiful, clean property. The patio was my favorite part. There were three of us traveling for a work conference so we utilized all of the rooms. The set up is a little odd in that two of the bedrooms are very separated from the main living space, but overall it filled our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place. This was pur 2nd stay in 2026. The issues during this stay were AC problems, difficulty reaching host and lack of elevator access until the end of our stay.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything in Cape Harbour. This house is not conducive for young kids. Each bedroom is on a different floor so just be mindful of that. The porch is wonderful.

Great Location and Views

We were familiar with the area and always wanted to stay in one of the Fish Houses. It is a great location for restaurants, live music and great views! We had a wonderful trip!

We had an excellent time! The house was beautiful, and the living room and kitchen great room were perfect for entertaining. The deck was fantastic, and we loved having our boat there — being right next to Hape Harbor was such a bonus. We really enjoyed the live music at night, the nearby shops and food, and I especially loved the organic juice place.The only small suggestion would be adding a handle to the upstairs bathroom door, as it was very heavy and a little awkward to move. Other than that, everything was great.We also truly appreciated the property management team — when my mom had a medical issue, they reached out to check on us and were very helpful and kind. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place, but not for young kids

The property was nice, but it does not work well for families with young kids. The listing describes the house as having 3 bedrooms, but it is actually a 2 bedroom house. We went with our three young kids and my parents, so it was a challenge staying here.The main area is the top floor with the master, a nice kitchen and living area with an amazing deck. The queen bedroom and bathroom require going down 2 flights of stair and then back up a separate flight to get to it, which was not great. The third bedroom is not accessible from inside the house - it requires you to go through the garage, out the back door and down the outside stairs, through a gate to the back of the house down by the water, and there is a separate room with half bath down there. We did not realize this, and it did not work for our family with young kids, who ended up sleeping on an air mattress upstairs in the master bathroom next to us in the master. It could work much better with older kids.On the positive side. The living space was comfortable with nice furniture and cooking items. The deck was amazing and had a nice Weber grill and comfortable chairs. The location is great, right next to the harbor with several restaurants and some small shops. We ended up renting a boat from a place within walking distance which was very convenient.The property manager was great to work with. She checked in on us and visited to help with any questions or needs.

The property has a great location. The house is beautiful. Stairs in the house could be an issue because you cannot use the elevator that is there. The pool is a not close to the house. The electronic door locks did not work for us for any door. To get the meter reading for the house you have to go into the neighbors yard area. Not ideal. Master bedroom and bathroom are truly funky. Not very private if you have guest in the house. Overall a nice property to vacation in.
