Lake view was beautiful, you can see the sunrise and sunset. We fished off the dock and caught a few fish. House was lovely! Pool was great! Pool could use a vaccum, some dirt has settled on the bottom. Good location. House gets warm in the summer, especially the second king room. Some darker shades would be helpful. Some cleaning of the light switches and remote controls was needed. Beds were comfy, pillows were so so. If we come back to area we would stay here again.

Thank you for the opportunity to host you Kimberly. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and were able to get some fishing in! We appreciate the feedback as well. Dirt at the bottom of the pool is common this time of year with the daily thunderstorms that blow things in. We do our best to clean between stays to maintain the pool and outdoor areas! Wishing you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for the opportunity to host you Shannon! We appreciate the review and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate the heads up about the pool area. This time it can be difficult to keep up with the Florida wildlife, including spiders and their webs, but we will be sure to take a look and get the lanai cleaned up! We wish you the best in your future travels, and would be happy to host you again in the future!

We had a great time in Cape Coral and the home was wonderful! Very clean and met all of our needs as a family. Close to the beach a long with restaurants and grocery stores. The only negative would be the pool - since it was cold a couple of days, the pool was not as warm as we would have liked it to be! The neighborhood is fantastic for a 5k walk every morning! Highly recommend and we will also be keeping it in mind for future trips to Florida.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re so glad to hear you and your family had a great time and that the home was clean, comfortable, and met your needs. We appreciate your feedback regarding the pool temperature. During colder stretches, especially in winter months, it can be unfortunately be challenging for pools to maintain higher temperatures depending on weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for your recommendation, and we’d love to welcome you back on your next trip to Florida!

House was perfect. Updated and modern, very clean. Peaceful area, It was very quiet and relaxing. The pool had missed a cleaning and there were lots of the no-see-ums gathering in the water and on the surface. They communicated very well with us, but no one ended up coming to clean it. We requested a pool skimmer so we could clean at least the surface ourselves and they did bring that out. Overall the pool could have been cleaner, but everything about the outdoor area and pool itself was wonderful. Beautiful home abd lovely stay. Just what we needed!
