The pool is managed by the building’s body corporate, and unfortunately the heating is not something we can directly control. That said, we did our best to raise and follow up on the issue on your behalf as quickly as possible, and we’re sorry that the communication around this felt slower than expected. We completely understand how this would have been frustrating and we apologise for the inconvenience. In regard to the noise you mentioned, this is coming from the building’s roof turbine, which is part of the property’s ventilation system and can sometimes be more noticeable depending on wind conditions. We’re sorry that this impacted the comfort of the bunk bedroom, particularly for lighter sleepers, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
