Great location, great views and comfortable

Everything was great for our stay. Comfortable beds, couch and amenities. The location was great for our daughters wedding across the road at the continental and we had some beautiful photos taken of the bride here.

Great location, a stone throw away from the Sorrento shopping strip and the foreshore , nice bay view, comfortable home , homely feel, spacious master bedroom , and 2 other smaller rooms. Good quality and full kitchen . However , we had difficulty locating the oven’s switch, management could not help resolve the issue. Management not responsive. The manual needs to give better instructions. We would love to come again though.

Gorgeous apartment adjacent to Sorrento Village

The apartment was nicely decorated and looked just like the photo's. It was very clean, well equiped, the beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order. The check in process was seamless and the communication was excellent.

good but not great

Good location close to Sorrento shops/cafes.Apartment is a little tired and is in need of a refresh. Needed a better clean between rentals and old worn out dish brush , oven gloves, tea towels is not acceptable at this price point. We also had a blocked waste pipe on day one causing bathroom chaos and over flowing toilets. Property manager was helpful and prompt to fix the problem the next day but our day 1 was unpleasant. Good IT , nice fire . Easy access. Good parking. So good....... - but not great.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the cleanliness and maintenance of the property was not up to our usual 5 star standard. We greatly value all feedback, and would like to assure you that we have taken all of your feedback on board for the future. A deeper spring clean has been carried out on the property, and this will be monitored and upkept going forward. We will also speak to the owners about arranging a replacement dish brush and oven gloves. We are very sorry about the unforeseen issue with the plumbing, I am pleased that we were able to have this rectified for you as promptly as possible, so that you could continue to enjoy the rest of your stay. It was a pleasure having you visit and we would love to welcome you back again in future, so please keep Verve Vacation Rentals in mind for your next peninsula getaway.
