6/10 Okay

Synes godt om: Indtjekning, kommunikation, beliggenhed
The condo was adequate. lots of things were broken including the master closet door, the exterior door to the balcony. paint on the ceiling was chipped and falling off in several places. the bathroom fixtures were in poor shape and needed updating. Shower curtains had mildew on them, eyelets were rusty and needing replaced. bathroom sinks were clogged and drained slowly. tub plungers were broken or missing. walls were scuffed from years of bumping into them by visitors. comforter had brown stains on it in the master bedroom. there was dirty under the bed in master bedroom from inadequate cleaningnice place. just needs updating. after staying in another unit previously, this unit was not worth the money I paid for it. Also, old nasty bait was left on the balcony when we arrived.

Great location

This property was a great location. Positives: Location, parking, nice pots/pans, pool Negatives: Bed uncomfortable (needs new mattresses), more silverware (only 7 forks), no extra trash bags

Our gulf shores stay

Clean property, nicely decorated. Only thing I would have liked was more blankets in master bedroom.

Everything was good. Great location and plenty of room for us. Getting a parking pass was a little hard to figure out but we got it taken care of! Other than that it was great!

Book it!

We had such a good trip. The condo is in a great location, the pool deck has a perfect beach view (we spent more time there than on the actual beach), and our balcony was an amazing view! Looked just like the pictures. The host was very responsive and kind. The owner of the building has the cutest dog ever... shoutout to Lucky.

Cousins reconnect

The property is very beautiful and it is in a perfect location. The balcony and ocean view was perfect. The only downside was the lack of products such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The bathtubs and showers seriously need upgrading. Our host was amazing and responded quickly to my text. I would definitely recommend this Property again.

Great location

Exceptional location! We had a mishap with one of the beds the first night but after one call, they fixed it the next morning. The owners were extremely nice & helpful. The only complaint is the floors were filthy. You couldn’t see it but after my niece ran barefoot in there the first 10 minutes, her feet were black.

Nice area, nice condo, but not far from needing to be updated.

All went well. Particularly like the size of the building, only 32 units which means no long waits on elevator, no crowd at pool, and fewer people trying to claim their “space” in front of the condo on the beach. Also did not have any parking space issues. Great location, close to HangOut, but not too close if you no what I mean. The teenagers loved it!

Amazing view and location!

Wonderful VERY spacious three bed three full bath condo on the top floor. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean front from the large balcony!! Kitchen is extremely well equipped, all of the beds were very comfortable, and the space was immaculately clean at check-in. Just a short elevator ride down and you are directly on the beach- there is also a lovely beachfront pool. the condo is exactly as pictured and if possible as even more spacious in person. Walking distance to tons of places to eat and short driving distance for lots of gulf coast entertainment. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again – great space and an excellent value for the price!!
