We loved the home! Clean, well kept, plenty of space, everything needed was present! The amenities were an added bonus. The only thing we could complain about was the security on the 1st few days. Our codes would not work, and they were not pleasant with us until we finally were assisted by a female officer who fixed all our issues. She was so nice and polite, she apologized for the other officer's behavior and we moved on. We spent several days just being at home and enjoying the pool and the outdoor public pools. All areas of the complex were clean and well kept. I most defiantly would reserve this home again!

Very clean place. The Host was great at communicating and providing any updates.The kids enjoyed the pool and other fun activities at the resort. The house was very clean and near stores. It's easy accessible at anytime of day. I would stay here again.Highly recommend!Cons: There was nothing complimentary such as waters. A welcome basket would've been nice. We were delayed and arrived late night hours and couldn't take our medicine because there was no water.They only provide you with one roll of tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel. We had to buy additional tissue because our stay was for a week.Overall a great stay!

Home away from Home

my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. We give it a 10/10. The place was warm and inviting with excellent lighting through out the house. The house was clean and had all of the amenities that one might need. The house has enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. All of the rooms were very nice and the beds are very comfortable. The house was well stocked with supplies. The host was amazing, after speaking with them, I have the feeling they would fixed any problem that might come up. my family and I look forward to staying there again.

OUTSTANDING

Everything from the moment we got there until we locked the door on the way out was great. The customer service was on point when we needed them and the responses for additional parking passes was less then 5 mins!!! we will defiantly look to stay here again soon!!

Everything at the property was more than satisfactory. The community pool at the Retreat Club could use more tending...the grounds were left with trash from various guests who were not so conscious of cleaning up after themselves. I recommend having a person tend to these matters regularly walking around the pool grounds to keep it nice for others.

House was clean and as described! I never received the check in information prior to arrival but the local manager, Gwen was quick and attentive! We also had some concerns the first night about the AC being locked at 72. I understand that may be the expectation in Florida, but one of the upstairs bedrooms that does not have a ceiling fan became quite stuffy during our trip. Again, Gwen was attentive and responsive to all communication but a fan of sorts would have been helpful to keep that room in particular, cooler.

Champions Gate stay

In town for college baseball tournament. Property is very convenient to local fields and dining. Traffic on Rt 4 from MCO airport terrible and mostly unavoidable. Attached townhome with small pool. Plenty of parking. Large gated community with lots of housing choices. Travel in and out easy with parking pass provided at check in. House is comfortable, nice and clean. No provisions such as tissues, salt & pepper or dishwasher detergent. Contacted property manager for hand soap for bathrooms and dish soap for the kitchen, which was delivered same day. Pool water was below skimmer. Plastic covers on the mattresses were uncomfortable and annoying.

More value than I paid for

The 1566 property was one of the most enjoyable experiences. The entire process was easy. From booking to actually staying at this beautiful property. The pictures are beautiful that describes the property! Once we checked in the place was immensely clean and I knew we got our moneys worth and somehow felt like they should’ve charged more!! Wow I got a steal of a deal!! The property owners stocked everything that I needed to enjoy my vacation stay ie kuereg with k cups and even margarita shakers to make our own drinks. We ran straight to the back patio where there was a tv and ceiling fan on the deck either a daybed to sit and lounge by the private heated swimming pool!! I really enjoyed my stay and have already booked again for a 5 day 4 night follow up stay in a months time!! 5 stars!! Henry n Katey!!
