**POOL HEATER INFO:**
Pool heater is $30 + tax per day, requested at booking or 3 days prior. It must stay on for your stay or minimum 5 days. Spa only warms with pool heater on. 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, 82° to 88°F (may vary). Heater may not work in freezing weather. Recommend heating September to May. Inform us about heating during your stay. Airbnb guests will receive a payment request post-booking.
Pool Depth: 12ft x 24ft, 3ft-5ft deep, facing southeast.
To ensure the best experience, pool heating must be requested at least 2 days prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, pool heating services won’t be available for last-minute bookings or requests made less than 2 days prior to check-in.


**BBQ RENTAL:**
$50 + Tax for BBQ Grill. Guests exchange propane; covers cleaning and wear.

**LONG STAY CLEANING:**
Reservations over 21 days require extra cleaning. Cleaning prices vary. Regular Cleaning includes towels/linens washing, same price as house cleaning. Mid-Stay Cleaning doesn’t include towel washing, nearly half the price of regular. Additional cleaning can be added post-booking.

Laundry service available for linens, towels. No washcloths provided. Number of towels based on house capacity; no extras, guests may use washer/dryer.

**GARBAGE:**
- Daily Trash Removal, 7 days a week.
- Trash by 7:00 AM daily.
- Place excess bags next to container.
- Containers stay at house; valet won’t service curbside.
- ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED IN 13-GALLON BAGS, MAX 30 LBS.
- Liquid waste prohibited; empty containers properly.
- Trash bins must have liners.
- Flatten cardboard, bag small boxes.
- No trash in garage; valets won't enter homes.

**ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:**
Home arrival instructions sent 3 days before your stay. Enter with provided electronic door code; no key pickup required. All guest names, including children, must be provided for community entry.

***For safety, security cameras are placed at the front and back doors.***

After booking, inform us if you want pool heating or BBQ rental. Post-reservation, an email for electronic signature of rental agreement will be sent; please check junk mail (Airbnb guests won’t get this email).

**PARKING:**
- 2 spaces in front of house.
- No parking on grass, strictly prohibited.
- 1 Side Street Parking allowed as per signs.
- Townhomes: up to 3 cars. Single Family Homes: up to 4 cars.
- No trailers, RVs, or golf carts allowed in community/driveway.

**PACKAGES:**
You may send packages during your stay; left on doorstep. Not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

**HOUSEKEEPING:**
No daily housekeeping included. Mid-Stay Cleaning services can be requested for an extra fee.

**FOOD:**
No open food allowed in refrigerators or closets due to Florida law. All food will be removed after checkout. No supplies like condiments or cooking oil provided.
