Welcome to our newest addition to our portfolio. This Magnificent Monopoly Themed Luxury Resort 7 bedroom home is located in the popular Windsor Island Resort conveniently located close to all of the areas major attractions.

The home has just been recently completed. The amazing games room with arcade games and a life size car virtual game is ready for hours of fun and memories.

Step inside this amazing home and you will see that no expense was spared to make this property an experience you will never forget.

Your main floor open concept area has been professionally furnished with plenty of room for the group to gather and enjoy the view out the patio doors leading to the covered lanai and inviting screened in pool with spill over spa. Comfortable seating in the living room with larger tv, wet bar and tastefully decorated open to the dining area and state of the art luxury kitchen with hard surface counter tops, island with seating and stainless steel appliances.

The main floor has a tastefully decorated king bedroom suite with ensuite bath with walk in shower and a tub. You also have a door leading to the lanai and pool area from this bath. Main floor Laundry is available as well for guests

Head upstairs and you will be greeted with the amazing lounge area Theater room. You will be amazed by the detail in this home, from the theater, to the amazingly decorated bedrooms.

You will find 6 additional bedrooms on the second floor as well all decorated beyond your imagination.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.

Loved our family vacation here! It was close to all the amenities at the gated community. The house was fun with the Monopoly themed rooms. Very nice gated community lots of security, which made us feel safe letting the kids go for a bike ride rides and going to the main complex on their own.

We enjoyed our stay. Carl was responsive to our questions. Our 9 grandchildren loved the pool, water park, themed rooms and game room. The adults enjoyed the pool, hot tub and theater room. The kitchen was well stocked for our use.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful and immaculate home. Everything was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy.One pleasant surprise was the resort’s clubhouse—it had a full water park, pool, and plenty of other amenities that really made the experience feel like a true vacation. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

The home is truly one for the books. No detail was left undone, and the Monopoly theme was a brilliant touch especially for anyone who enjoys themed spaces or the game itself. The pool was great, but the onsite amenities were even better, giving the kids a nice break from staying inside the house.That said, there were a few issues. The level of cleanliness could definitely be improved. Some remotes were missing, and others didn’t have working batteries. Several rooms had sheets that were either worn or appeared not to have been properly washed. The microwave and the outdoor patio/pool area also needed better cleaning. Additionally, the lighting in many of the bedrooms was quite dim it's unclear if this was intentional or meant to distract from imperfections.Overall, it was a good experience in a very nice home, but addressing these issues would make it even better.

July 4th vacation

We had 3 generations of family staying at the Monopoly house for the 4th of July weekend and we had a blast. The decor was fun and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and just enough towels. The game room was a real treat for all and the pool was the hit of the weekend, we had a hard time getting the kids out of itThe resort was close enough to walk to and it really wasn't as noisey as expected. I would highly recommend this place to families.

There were a couple things that weren’t the cleanest upon arrival, however we learned that there had been a party with the last guests and they ran out of time getting everything perfect. Staff responded and addressed our needs right away. Very fun themed house!

Fantastic Getaway

Very nice property with private pool and only a short walk to the community resort waterpark. Very clean and spacious house. Very responsive property manager. Only area to improve is basic instructions for checking in and out were incomplete: had to ask for the WiFi and password as well as what all needed to be done as far as cleaning upon checkout. Typically a message is sent before checkin with these details or perhaps a welcome binder that contains the details. However, the host was quick to respond when I needed those answers.

We recently stayed at this Monopoly-themed house and had a very positive experience overall. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the theme was fun and unique—we really enjoyed the little touches that made it special. The host had excellent communication and was always responsive. The resort amenities, especially the lazy river, were a big plus, and the location within the resort was convenient. The photos on the listing matched the property, so we knew exactly what to expect.//That said, a few things could be improved. The grill requires an extra fee, which felt frustrating since it’s already on-site. While noted in the fine print, nothing on the grill itself indicates an additional charge—it felt like having an oven but being told you must pay to use it. Also, the pool water was far too cold in October without paying for heat, which made it unusable. It’s like having air conditioning in the house but needing to pay more to actually use it. Including these things would make the stay more seamless.//Lastly, traffic adds significant time to theme park commutes: Universal took about 45 minutes, even late at night, and Disney about 30 minutes.//Overall, we appreciated the home’s cleanliness, theme, and host’s responsiveness, but the extra fees and long drives were drawbacks for us.
