The inside of the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. The location is convient you all main highways and stores. The host was easily reached and accomadating. The landscaping was way overdue and very overgrown which is the reason for a 4 star and not 5.

We enjoyed our weekend stay in this beautiful home. Very spacious, clean, and welcoming. Would definitely recommend! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to Historic Savannah. We would gladly return.

Quiet neighborhood close to stores and groceries. Very clean, with plenty of towels and a stocked kitchen to cook in. Comfortable couches! We enjoyed our stay! We only wish the beds were a little bigger.

It was fine. House was clean, but felt a bit dingey and not kept up with. The lawn had not been mowed and was high. The neighborhood is nice but near some sketchy areas, so having a yard that was not kept up made it look like no one was staying there. Which was a bit uncomfortable for a mom and kid staying there alone. The couches were a bit worn down and stained. The towels and linen were not stocked in the bathrooms, and could only be found in the primary bathroom closet. There was no extra toilet paper either. The kitchen (and bathrooms really) only really had things people had bought and left behind, like hand soap, etc. The primary bathroom has two clear windows that have a picture and a see through shower curtain as the coverings. The sheets were also stained. For what we paid it was just alright.

Thank you for the feedback. We're glad to hear the location worked well and that the home was clean overall, though we're sorry the lawn wasn't mowed during your stay, it's been taken care of since. We typically make sure towels and linens are placed in each bedroom, and it sounds like that was missed this time with a new cleaning service, so we appreciate you flagging it. We've also ordered new bedsheet sets for every bedroom to replace the older ones. We appreciate you taking the time to share these details, as they help us keep improving the home for future guests.

There are two drawers in the Master that have men's clothing in them. Also rooms could use some lamps. Could not find instructions for the TV. Overall though a nice stay.

Property had 2 Twins, instead of what was listed being, 2 Fulls. Floors were dirty with toe/fingernails in the carpet, most counter were dusty and you couldn't open or close the blinds due to some being broken. Property also claims you can park a RV here but it would be more than just a challenge. Fence also has multiple openings between boards and a huge opening on the side that was blocked with a piece of plywood. It got windy and that plywood was blown away making the fence useless. The stove has a crack on the glass going right across the heating element but I'm unsure if that makes it a hazard to use and was unwilling to try. The location is in a great place being so close to a lot of amenities, I think that is the only positive to come with staying here.

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend for other families looking for a nice rental home. The host was very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and we were impressed with the volume of available sheets and towels. The kitchen area was nice with a small table for family meals. The dining room was off of the living room so the kids could play with legos, etc... there while others watched TV in the living room. The driveway is very short so there's not much room for multiple vehicles outside, if that's a concern, however the garage access was very nice as we always parked in the garage. The location had every store and restaurant that you could want and it's tucked into a quiet neighborhood so no traffic noise. The neighborhood was very quiet and we liked that. We would have liked more window coverings in the onsuite bathroom but that may be a personal preference thing. The bathroom itself was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the back yard had a large gate missing so we didn't feel comfortable letting our toddler play in the backyard. That's the primary reason for not giving 5 stars. It looked like it was a temporary issue however, we were looking forward to letting the kids run around back there...so that was a negative. We were very happy overall as it's a nice property.

Our host was very quick to respond. The property was nice, but could use a few upgrades. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly.One of the eyes on the stove was t working and the disposal was loud, but we were still able to cook our meals just fine. Bedrooms were nice and clean, but I didn’t like that the window in the master bath had a small curtain up to it and I felt the neighbors could easily see inside. I made sure to stay away from that window.
