A lovely property with walking distance to everything we needed in Savannah! Some of our towels had stains on them, that is the only thing to lower my rating. The location had charm and felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The free parking was fabulous!

We had a great stay here for a relaxing bachelorette trip!! Everything was perfect and a great location. This property has plenty of space and is full of charm.

This is a great house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house served our party of 4 very well. It was clean, well appointed, and well located. The beds were comfortable and the small outdoor space was actually a great little retreat. We didn’t have a car so I can’t speak to the parking. The only two downsides are that the house is very loud, particularly in the front bedroom, and there is no counterspace in the bathroom. We ended up with our toiletry kits on the floor. That said, I would stay here again. It’s a bit of a walk from the river but that worked for us. The walk is a nice one and there are lots of little cafes that feel very local.

Great location, easy parking, good water pressure. A beautiful house with historic features. Should we need a rental in Savannah again, we will absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Close enough to everything yet not in the middle of it. We walked to the waterfront and most other places. Parking was on the street, but we had no issues finding a spot very easily. The streets get cleaned throughout the week so you sometimes have to park on the other side of the street, but there was no an issue finding a parking spot. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Property was clean. Bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. On street parking, we did not have a problem finding spaces. Quiet neighborhood. Great location, about a 10-15 mins walk to St. John's, Forsyth park, etc. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home and great location!

The home is beautiful and we were able to walk to every place we wanted to go in the historic district and river walk. When we return to Savannah, we will stay here again!

Perfect place!

We loved the house and all of the amenities. Tranquil and beautiful! It was perfect for a stroll down to River Street and parking was ample. I prefer just dealing with VRBO, instead of a third party, but the house had no issues and we were fine.

Check in was simple. Parking for 2 cars on the street was never a problem. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the usual appliances and dishes. The living room sat 4 comfortably.

A beautiful clean home rental, the layout was nicely designed. The kitchen was large and had everything to make one feel at home. The king beds with upgraded linens comfortable. Our hosts were great. Our only issue was a hvac which didn’t work until our last evening there and it was unseasonably cold! Finally was fixed after hours of work. I would think some compensation is due. If all things worked as they should, we would definitely consider staying here again.

We appreciate your patience while this was addressed and your honest feedback regarding compensation. Guest comfort is very important to us, and your comments help us continue to improve.
