I truly appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the areas that needed attention, that kind of input really helps us improve. I’m glad you enjoyed the location and had a lovely time overall, and I’m especially happy Rut was able to respond quickly while you were here. Since your stay, we’ve addressed the concerns you mentioned. The kitchen has been restocked with additional glasses, mugs, and a new set of sharp knives. We’ve also removed the mattress topper in the master bedroom, replaced the sheet sets with properly fitted ones, and updated pillow options so guests can choose different firmness levels. The full-size bed has been adjusted and re-leveled, and we’ve replaced bedding there as well. Regarding the AC odor, the units have since had a deeper professional cleaning and servicing, and the back room has been treated and aired out to fully resolve the issue. Comfort, especially good sleep, is so important, and I’m sorry it fell short during your visit. I really appreciate how clearly you explained everything, and we’d love the chance to host you again in the future with these improvements in place.

Since your visit, the noise issue has been resolved, and we're happy that it is no longer a concern for our guests. Regarding the shoreline, you're absolutely right that this stretch of coast is better suited for scenic walks and enjoying the ocean views than for swimming due to the rocky shoreline and waves. Fortunately, there are several beautiful sandy beaches just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both the peaceful setting of the condo and excellent swimming nearby.
