Thank you for everything we were very happy in our stay at Royal Palms Apartments. The location was great and close to everything. Extremely clean rooms. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the photos. Santiago was quick to communicate. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

First time to Puerto Rico and this was hands down the best place anyone can stay at in Isabela. Such a good location to get to everything and all the beaches. The home was beautiful and very clean. Perfect for 4 people! We had an awesome time staying there and will definitely be booking when we’re back!

Wonderful location ! Perfect and peaceful place to see the sunrise and start your day. The apartment is perfectly located and very comfortable. It’s clean and it’s exactly as you see in the pictures. Not only would I stay here again, but I would also highly recommend.

Just enjoed 4 nights in the newly remodel apartments, and very clean. The location is great, between Shacks Beach and Jobos. Close to great restaurants and a 5 minute walk beach. The kitchen and bathroom were beautifolly done. You also have access to 2 washers and dryers. Defintely stay here again.

Amazing!! We’ve been coming to this part of Puerto Rico for a long time, and this place was spectacular! Why? Location ( 5 min from Aguadilla airport ), very modern and new everything. From the decor to the electric closing shades, to the Bose soundbar under the tv. Full kitchen, and TWO sets of washer and dryer. The host was easy to communicate with, checking in and out was effortless, and everything was super clean. It really was worth every penny. There was a nice deck in the back of the property to have coffee or a cocktail at night. This place felt like home. There was no pool but, we were there to surf. Jobos beach was 5 minutes away, and you can’t find a better pool than a beach full of restaurants, lil bars, and shopping near by. Restaurants in the area are plentiful!. Local spots, touristy, spots, even an empanada place just a short 3 min. walk around the corner.Bottom line, if you’re looking for a very fair priced place with modern amenities that feels like home, safe, clean, and centrally located to beaches, restaurants, and night life, then do not hesitate to stay here! I will definitely be returning here.

After vacationing in Puerto Rico every summer for many years, this was our first stay in Isabela, and it exceeded every expectation. The Royal Palms Apartment perfectly combines the luxury of a boutique hotel with the comfort of home.Our host, Santiago, was exceptional. He responded quickly to every question, and check-in was effortless. As soon as we arrived, he immediately sent clear instructions, making the entire process seamless.The apartment was beautifully designed with high-end finishes, especially the two modern bathrooms. The generous closet space allowed us to unpack and comfortably store all of our belongings out of sight, making the apartment feel like a true home rather than a temporary rental.The location was ideal—just minutes from Jobos Beach, Montones Beach, Pozo de Jacinto, Guajataca Tunnel, excellent local restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Everything we wanted to explore was conveniently nearby.The peaceful backyard, spacious deck, and multiple washers and dryers on the property were thoughtful amenities that made our family stay even more enjoyable.This was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced. We fell in love with Isabela, and the Royal Palms Apartment played a huge role in making our trip unforgettable. Without question, this will be our home away from home whenever we visit Puerto Rico. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and perfectly located place to stay. An absolute gem!

My husband and I have stayed at other Santiago apts in the area. We knew that this one would be just as great. This apt is pristine, modern, has every amenity needed and then some. Parking and laundry big plus! Close to everything nearby . Jobos Beach a serenity heaven. We loved it and will come back!
