Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts after the ski trip! Glad the location worked out as a comfy home base between runs, and that the coffee setup hit the spot in the mornings. Great call on the kitchen gear too. We've already added an extra cookie tray and upgraded the pans so the next crew of guests has everything they need to whip up a proper post-slope meal. On the water: we want to be upfront that the town has well water issues, so we keep the condo stocked with plenty of bottled water in the foyer for drinking and cooking. Hi James, thanks so much for the detailed review and for all the good words about the mini splits, kitchen, and heated floors. We're really glad most of your stay was a good one. That said, we owe you a big apology for the sofa. There's no excuse for you arriving to a couch with a burn mark on it, and you handled it exactly right by documenting it and reaching out. What made it worse was the communication. Our virtual assistants didn't pass your messages along during the after-hours period, so you were left waiting for a reply that should have come much sooner. That's on us and not the experience we want anyone to have. The good news is a replacement sofa is already on the way, so there will be a fresh one in the living room going forward. We'd genuinely love the chance to make it right if you're ever back in the area.
