Nice place to stay

Very quiet and nice. Great location. Check in was easy, and communication was great.

This small cabin was perfect for a quick fall-break getaway for our family of 4. We loved the ability to access all of the “tourist type things” within about 30 minutes from the property. We brought our small dog as well. We were surprised that the pool was still open this time of the year, and the weather cooperated so the boys were able to swim.

This unit is managed and rented through RentBranson.com, which I did not realize when booking. Highly recommend booking direct with them because we got charged VRBO fees and RentBransom.com fees. The unit itself was as expected and we enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The bedrooms and hallway are carpeted. Definitely time to pull that up and go hardwood/tile. At times there was a musty, old carpet smell. We had issues with the AIr Conditioning. During our 3 night stay we were without air for over 24 hours. Impacted our Friday and Saturday. Two separate AC techs had to come out to fix it. Twice. The unit does come with a boat slip but please note there is NO BOAT RAMP on property. So no place to put your boat in/out. This unit is close to the parking lot and there are no stairs.

We also appreciate you mentioning the boat slip and lack of an on-site boat ramp. We will review the listing details to ensure this information is as clear as possible for future guests.
