This luxury condo located on the fifth floor of the elegant Cenízaro building at the Tamarindo Diria Complex Resort complex has the light floating feeling of being in a dream. Cream-colored tile floors with round-pebble detail span both levels, spilling out of glass doors onto patios that lead into thin air. The breathtaking view gives such a sensation of flying that you will find yourself reaching out for something to hold on to. Below your feet lies an exotic tropical garden that surrounds the pool.
In the near distance, Tamarindo beach, lined by royal palms stretches to meet "La Baula Estuary and National Park". The scene fades away in the distance as sky and sea melt into a kaleidoscope of clouds.
Cenízaro #506 is fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops that adjoins the living area. A generous living area and a small kitchen with every convenience of the larger kitchen below makes it seem unnecessary to leave the beauty of this private haven for even a minute. Efficiently compact and practical, the kitchen includes a flattop electric stove, oven, large double-door refrigerator with an ice dispenser, a dishwasher and all the necessary items to create and enjoy your favorite meals. A small and comfortable washroom is located between the kitchen and the main door.
Arched doorways with classic columns lead from the main living area to three bedrooms. Each room is flooded with natural light, has spacious closets and its own private bath. The bedroom located on the front side of the building has two sets of sliding glass doors; one leading to the common terrace and another that opens onto a private patio and a panoramic birds-eye-view. The bedroom on the other side has large windows that survey the rolling hills and coastline to the south. The height is dizzying and the large windows and glass doors give the feeling of having stepped into the sky instead of a condo. From the ample balcony the earth has faded away and you are left only with the sea stretching into infinity, the sound of waves, the brush of the wind. This is a master bedroom from fairytales. In addition to a delightful king sized bed, there is an enormous walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom equipped for two.
An enormous swimming pool of organic design is the center of the garden area and boasts a swim up bar which you won't want to miss. Across the street an oceanfront restaurant is preparing tropical delicacies to add sweetness and spice to the memories you will carry with you for a lifetime.

My name is Bill Ripley. Along with my wife Nancy, own Horizon Pacific Management and Rentals as well as a house in Tamarindo. We’ve owned our house since 2006 and bought this company in February, 2008.
I was born and raised in a little town outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey known as Mays Landing. I graduated High School in 1972 and for the next few years, worked, traveled and went to 3 different colleges but never received a degree. I fell in love with the woman of my dreams who has been my friend since early Elementary school. We married in 1978 and are still best friends today…at least that’s what she still tells me!
Nancy was born and raised in the same town. She also graduated High School in 1972 and then went to Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia where she received her degree in Elementary Education. Through our early years of marriage, she was an elementary teacher in Mays Landing and as well as Mt. Pleasant, SC after we moved.
We’ve raised 2 children. Our daughter, Corinne is married to Bradd Johnson and they have 3 children: Dylan, Anabelle and Samy. Our son, Chris graduated, finishing his degree in Visual Communications at Hawaii Pacific University.
After marrying and having our children in Mays Landing, we moved to Isle of Palms, South Carolina in 1990 because we wanted to live in a coastal community with a better quality of life to raise them. I started working for Island Realty which is a Resort Rental and Real Estate Company on Isle of Palms that has grown to manage over 500 short and long term properties as well as a number of Home Owner Associations. I worked of this same company since 1991 and Nancy has worked for them since 1995. I am a Real Estate Sales broker with over 18 years experience in residential, resort, commercial sales and management. Nancy did the bookkeeping for Island Realty for 14 plus years. Also, she was the bookkeeper for 7 years for a company that we owned before moving to the Isle of Palms.

We totally enjoy our time in Costa Rica, we feel blessed for this opportunity and hope that we will be a blessing to many of the people we come in contact with while living this adventure.
We have a great staff at Horizon Pacific and even though we are commuting back and forth from Isle of Palms to Tamarindo, with the internet and phone communication, I am very active in the day to day operations of Horizon Pacific and the management of the properties when not in Tamarindo.
