A great space - nice and clean and bright unit and with off street parking which was great. The unit was well-equipped with everything I needed and very comfy mattress. Deo was a great host - quick to respond and friendly and went out of his way to resolve a small problem I created! Tne location is great too.I'd definitely stay here again!

Jordanna was an outstanding guest in every respect. She left the house so clean and well cared for that it gave the impression no one had used it. Very well managed property, reasonable stay in a good community. Property was clean and well outfitted for a stay. Greatly appreciated the large fans that were provided, as it was an unbelievably hot weekend in the city. Single complaint was the lack of access to a thermostat to control the cooling of the property. There was definitely a temperature difference between the ground floor and the upstairs where the suite is. Could feel cool air coming up through the vents, but was hard to keep the space comfortable for the entirety of our stay. Other than that minor issue, an excellent stay. Parking was easy and simple. Host was great to contact.

The apartment was very clean and the furniture was very nice, comfortable couches and beds. The pillows and bedding were very nice and there were lots of towels, which were of good quality and the house was well stocked with essentials. However, the air conditioning did NOT work which made the apartment almost unbearable due to the extreme heat warning we were experiencing. Also, the tv was very confusing to work and there were no instructions.

The air conditioner is brand new and was installed in January 2026. The issue appears to have been that the unit needed to be started up before it could be controlled remotely. Today, a technician from the company that installed it came by and completed the startup. Everything is now running properly, and the house is nice and cool. Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and understanding. We also wanted to mention that we found the house exceptionally clean upon inspection, honestly, it looked as though no one had stayed there for three nights. You were a fantastic guest in every respect, and we truly appreciate the care and respect you showed our home.

Contact with host was quick and efficient. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The beds and towels were clean however the apartment could use an overall good clean, food on the wall by the stove, crumbs in the fridge. The bathroom tub could use new grout, it looks moldy and the shower curtain was also dirty which was gross. I would recommend using washable shower curtain that can be cleaned between occupants.

The property is in a great location, with plenty of places to eat and convenience stores nearby. The Forks is within walking distance and there is a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get around.The surrounding area felt a little rough at night, although we had no concerns during the day.The apartment itself was a good size and comfortable. It would benefit from a more thorough clean. The sofa cushions were noticeably dirty and we found a few items that had been missed, including sweet wrappers behind the cushions, false eyelashes on the floor and some debris behind the bedside cabinet.One thing to be aware of is that access to the washer and dryer, as well as control of the air conditioning, has to be arranged through the hosts. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the washer and dryer during our stay because of this.

Great location, free parking in the back for 2 vehicles. You stay in the upstairs suite of a house (which is completely separate from the downstairs). Much larger than I was expecting. All of the supplies for the kitchen (pots, pans, coffee maker, kettle, sheet pans, utensils, mugs, cups, plates, bowls, etc) were all supplied. 5 minute walk to a grocery store. We couldn’t figure out how to get the TV to work but didn’t really impact our trip. Overall great and would definitely recommend staying.

We enjoyed our trip to Winnipeg ! The appartment was nice and clean, although the bathroom could benefit a bit of love (caulking around the bathtub could be renewed) Beds were confortable, everything we needed was there. Communication was easy with the host
