The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and essential cookware, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed to ensure a restful night's sleep and ample closet space to store your belongings.
The spacious bathroom has a modern design with a large bathtub.
In suite laundry is available for your convenience. Guests are welcome to take advantage of our gym facilities, perfect for maintaining your workout routine.
The building has secured entry with on site security guard.

Quick trip to Winnepeg and an overnight stay. Cozy apartment and suited our needs just fine for 2 adults. Close walking distance to Burton Cummings Theatre and Life Center. Yellow Dog Tavern was great for delicious dinner and drinks. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing experience
Super convenient location, across the street from Canada Life Center. Check in process was easy and a security guard in downtown for extra safety is nice. Clean, modern and cozy and love all the windows for natural light!

Wonderful in Winnipeg
A very nice little apartment across from Winnipeg's arena, close to the Winnipeg Art Gallery, and walking distance to the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. Close to famous Portage and Main, so very central. Tidy, clean, well appointed. Something larger than a single TV tray would have been nice to eat from for two people - but otherwise, a fabulous stay, and attentive host, very helpful.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this centrally located apartment in Winnipeg. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city centre and several paid parking options nearby. I used the parking lot next door, which was convenient and cost $22.50 for 24 hours.
The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well presented. It had a comfortable studio-style layout with a living area and kitchen, making it feel much more spacious and practical than a standard hotel room. The availability of a washer and dryer was also a great bonus, especially for a longer stay or for travellers wanting added convenience.
The building has a distinctive industrial style, with bare concrete walls and exposed pipes and ductwork on the ceilings. This gave the complex a modern, urban character that suited the central location well.
The only minor downside was that the bedroom shades were not blackout, and with the sun rising around 5 AM, the room became bright quite early. That said, this was a small issue in an otherwise very pleasant stay.
Overall, I was very happy with the apartment. It was clean, stylish, convenient, and well equipped, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable central base in Winnipeg.

The unit was cute! I loved the wall of windows. But I would recommend black out blinds in the bedroom. I liked the kitchen as it had lots of amenities, there was coffee machine with coffee but no sugar. I would definitely consider staying again.

Hello. The Personnel overseeing the apartment were very service responsive and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the apartment was unacceptable when we arrived with floor dirt, dirty ceiling vents, dirty window glass, stains on the bed sheets, body hairs in the bathtub, and a visible stained couch. And no TV, because the previous occupant had allegedly trashed the apartment. Most of the issues were dealt with in a timely manner….

Nice small apartment with stovetop, refigerator/freezer, microwave, laundry washer and dryer. Location in area with many homeless people, so not safe to walk through at night.
