The house was just what we needed for a baseball trip with teenage boys. It was spacious and clean and comfortable. Big yard and quick walk or drive down to the lake and the Sunset Grille. Some AC issues at check in but the owner was extremely nice and helpful to get it settled.

Very nice stay!

The layout of the house was spacious and the rooms were bigger than expected. The check-in was one of the easiest I’ve had on here. There was a nearby lake area that was a huge bonus! And the downstairs tv/game area was so nice to have when I had family over for dinner. Loved everything about this place!

Overall a great stay, our family enjoyed it. Really like the open concept main area as well as the separate bedroom area downstairs. The bathroom near the kitchen could have been cleaned a little better before our arrival. I know a rental property can’t be perfectly clean all the time but some areas of the house look like they could use a thorough cleaning. I do wish the TV upstairs also had the option to stream instead of Direct TV. It seemed like everything we wanted to watch was not available.

From the owner: "Thank you for your review and appreciate your feedback. We value your experience and seek to meet guest satisfaction every time. We take great pride in our presentation and guest offerings, evidenced by consistent laudable reviews for our cleanliness and services for the past 26 years. Ideal family hangout

Our family of five hosted a cookout for extended family who were all visiting from out of town. Tons of room for everyone and the deck was a favorite hangout. Newly renovated property; very clean and well set up as well as an ideal location to all the fun Atlanta offers but a more laid back area to go back to relax.

Modern Home/Convenient Location

Overall a pleasing stay in a modern home within a convenient location. Only item we'd like to note is the lack of available household products: poor quality towels, used shampoo/body soap, absence of dish soap. Thank you.

Robert, Thanks so much for the review. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to provide the best for our guests. Per our welcome text/email, all face, hand and body towels (new) are/were provided in each of the 4 bedrooms located in the armoire drawers. New packaged soap is always provided in each of the vanities in all 3 bathrooms as well. We noticed these items were unused post your departure. Lastly, again, per our welcome notice, we always encourage our guests to contact us when there is a need, concern or question. We invite open dialogue with our guests to ensure the highest quality and best of experience possible at our STR. Safe travels and we invite you back anytime! Thank you again for your feedback!
