Thank you for the 4-star review! I am so glad to hear that overall you had a great stay, though I sincerely apologize for the ants you encountered in the kitchen. While I’m relieved it didn’t impact your stay since you weren't cooking, we maintain very high standards for cleanliness and provide a 'no-surprises' experience, so this is certainly not the standard we aim for. I have already alerted our professional pest control team to treat the unit immediately to ensure this is resolved. We would love to have you back for a truly 5-star, pest-free experience in the future!

Thank you so much for returning to stay with us for a second time! We love hearing that the location and beach access continue to make your trips special, and it’s wonderful to know that the new bedroom vanity mirror and well-stocked kitchen added to your comfort. The view of the newly planted grasses is a beautiful reminder of our island's natural growth, and we’re so glad you enjoyed it! We sincerely appreciate your honest feedback regarding the coffee maker. We hold our properties to a high cleanliness standard, so I have already shared this with our housekeeping team to ensure it remains an isolated incident for your next stay. Lastly, what an incredibly kind gesture to bring extra drinks to our local fire department! Guests like you truly make our community a better place. We would love nothing more than to welcome you back for a third visit whenever you’re ready for another beach getaway. Safe travels until then!

We pride ourselves on clear communication, so we're glad that helped you feel prepared and informed. And yes, the VayK Life beach gear connection is a guest favorite – we're happy that was a plus for your trip! Thanks for confirming everything was exactly as promised. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the updated kitchen, baths, and those beautiful sunset views! We are glad our team was responsive during your stay. We truly appreciate the honest feedback regarding the A/C and kitchen area; we have scheduled a professional deep cleaning for the ductwork and have a regular pest control service addressing the kitchen to ensure this isn't a recurring issue. We’ve also noted your suggestion regarding basic spices to improve the experience for future guests. We hope to welcome you back to a fully refreshed unit soon!
