Wake to Gulf Views from this East-End Penthouse

Start the morning on the lanai of this gulf-front penthouse, with the lighthouse to the east and the boardwalk just a few steps from your building. From the great room, kitchen, and king suite, you look straight at the water. The kitchen has custom concrete countertops and an induction cooktop. The master bath has a new walk-in shower with dual heads and a hand shower.

**Please note: This building does not have an elevator. This is a walk-up condo, so guests must be comfortable using stairs.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sleeps 4. The guest room has twin beds. Beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella are stored near the boardwalk, and beach towels are in the condo. Enjoy the year-round heated saltwater pool and hot tub.

Shell Island Beach Club is on the east end of Sanibel, with gas grills and walking or biking distance to the lighthouse. Play on our tennis and pickleball court, or enjoy corn-hole while grilling.

Starting October 1, 2026, Shell Island Beach Club will have a complimentary bike fleet for guests. Golf carts, kayaks, and paddleboards will also be available to rent on site; these are resort rentals, not a shop run by us.

The kitchen is stocked with bakeware, pots, pans, utensils, a blender, toaster, coffee pot, and Keurig. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, desk, ensuite bathroom, gulf views, and a 43-inch Smart TV. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, a 32-inch Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. Bathroom #2 has a tub/shower.

Relax on the couch with the 55-inch TV, or dine al fresco on the lanai while watching dolphins. Our favorite feature is the amazing sunrise over the gulf with the historic Sanibel lighthouse in the background.

Winter guests enjoy our quieter east-end location with less traffic than the west end. We are happy to answer questions. Thanks for considering our slice of paradise!

This couldn’t have been any better if we searched and searched for a different place. The location and condo was perfect for our best friend girl’s trip for a week. It was a last minute trip search to the beach to relax, rest and reminisce. We grew up in Iowa as farm girls and originally were going to the lake in Minnesota that our families always enjoyed together each summer. Well…the fires changed all of those plans. We are so grateful that we found this beautiful place to enjoy. Thank you so much for the communication, very smooth and easy check in. This is the absolute favorite and I can’t wait to go back with my husband.

We loved everything about this unit - it is absolutely the best one in the complex we think! Our hosts were super responsive and the kitchen was perfect for us to blend Pina coladas and make food in. Everything you need in a Florida beach vacation! The view was amazing and evenings on the porch gave us some great memories.

We had such an amazing time staying at this wonderful condo on Sanibel island. It was everything we wanted and more. The view was spectacular and the beach only steps away couldn't have been better. Beautiful white sand, warm water, and lots of shells to discover. It never got very busy and sometimes it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves.The condo itself was super clean, comfortable, and spacious. The beds were great and having a washer and dryer was so helpful. The only thing we didn't love was the stairs but they were worth it for the view! Katy, our host, was super helpful and responsive. Sanibel island as a whole was lovely and everyone was friendly. We loved our stay here and just wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a fabulous beach getaway. The ocean front condo is updated, well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Prompt and friendly communication with Katy, our host, was much appreciated. We would definitely choose to book there again when returning to Sanibel!

Delightful condo near Sanibel Lighthouse

Everything was absolutely flawless, from arrival through departure. Photos in the listing are accurate, furniture is comfortable, kitchen is well-appointed, views from the screened patio are excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

Our trip was absolutely perfect! The condo was perfect for us but could use some updated furniture and deep cleaning (baseboards, vents, wall decor). The view and location were spectacular. We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect location and modern condo!

The location is excellent. Top floor beach view with the boardwalk access directly below. Parking below the building is very convenient. The condo is updated and spacious. Many commonly needed things are provided as well as books and games for rainy days. There are many restaurants nearby- a quick walk or bike ride or venture further to find more to choose from. The owners were very responsive, kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

Sanibel is recovering!

We realize the hurricane damage is all over the island but progress was ongoing on the property, especially the landscapers. We were glad to be back on Sanibel and support its comeback. Our stay was very pleasant, with the exception of our 8 yo grandson having an appendicitis and having to have surgery at children’s hospital. It put a pall on our last week there.

Great Stay

The place was very nice with great views of the gulf from the porch, living room and master bedroom. The kitchen had pretty much all the kitchen tools and cooking equipment one would need. The complex is still recovering from Hurrican Ian with the landscaping still being done, pools closed, etc. but the path to the beach is right in front of the building this unit is in. The beach chairs and bicycles provided were a great addition. The only thing to take into consideration is it's a third floor walkup (only two floors of units but the building is on stilts high off the ground). The location is great for easy access to getting on and off the Island w/out having to deal with traffic, etc. Two Thumbs Up!

Thank you for opening your lovely home to our family. The home is beautiful and well appointed. You have thought of everything from extra towels, bedding, well appointed kitchen and games. The view could not have been better! We will definitely stay again.

The place was perfect for our family. You can’t be the view! It was amazing. There isn’t an elevator which was a bit of an issue for our age group but the facility did mention they could get us some help. We had our daughter with us who carried up the luggage for us. Easy walk to the beach. The host provides several beach chairs and a wagon. There were several sand toys available for kids. The pool is brand new. Very large and refreshing. They have a hot tub too which we enjoyed every evening. We love Sanibel Island and have always preferred staying down by the lighthouse. We will rent this unit again. Checkout was a breeze!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo, very close to the ocean and boardwalk to the beach. Fantastic view and great balcony. Nicely appointed. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We will be staying here again!!!
