We had such a wonderful stay at your cozy ranch. The views were incredible, and it was the perfect place to relax.

Had a question about the TV, couldn't change channels, volume control, etc.Called the Host, she said it should work, explained that it didn't. She said she would call her Tech guy, and he would call me back. This was the first night and we were there three nights and never received a call.

Very clean and comfortable, and you cannot beat that view! We had everything we needed.We appreciated the small touches with the decor, bedroom fans, plenty of towels.

A great place to stay just outside of Montrose. The overall stay and accommodation was great. Plenty of room, everything needed from pans to glasses, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a nice hot tub outside. The one thing I learned that Vrbo dropped the ball to notify the owner that I rented the property for 3 days. When I got to the property it was not cleaned and I contacted the owner and she said that she didn’t have any reservations. She contacted Vrbo to get the placed cleaned within the hour. We were told to go to dinner and the place would be ready in an hour. After dinner we returned to the rental and everything was taken care of. Going forward, I will contact the owner directly after the confirmation from Vrbo to verify everything is in order. Thank you Sarah for contacting Vrbo to take care of the mixup. She is a great host and we would definitely stay there the next trip to Montrose.

The beds are a different arrangement than advertised but it worked out. Its not fancy but its nice and quiet and in a very relaxing setting.

This was a nice, large, and spacious place to stay. Due to the number of rugs out throughout the home, I would say that their are a lot of tripping hazards especially for the elderly and/or those who use mobility devices (canes, crutches, walkers). While the spaces (kitchen and bathrooms) appeared clean, the living areas could have used more attention, especially since it is a pet friendly place. We noticed pet hair on the couches, indicating that they had not been thoroughly cleaned between guests. The garbage cans also appeared to need a little cleaning attention in the inside. The check in process was a little clunky, in my opinion. The code for the key was sent via an email, but the email did not come from VRBO, but Evolve Team. All other VRBO’s I have stayed in the checking information was in the VRBO app. Using the key was also a bit clunky as it was not a smooth enter the key and turn. It was also quite warm given the above average temperatures and how the air system is structured. Given how hot it was during the day, I was pleasantly surprised how much it cooled down in the evening. This allowed for us to enjoy the hot tub 2 of the 3 evenings. The hot tub was nice, spacious, and comfortable. Cleaning maintenance was provided shortly after our arrival.

Nice property, lots of room, well stocked. Nice views of the sunrise & sunset. Screened in porch is great for coffee, dinner, or relaxing. Most of our days were spent in/around Ouray (50 min) so we were away from the property from at least 9-5 daily. During our stay Montrose experienced temps of 97-100 ( 10 from normal), when we arrived for check in at 4:00 the house was hot, but cooled off nicely as the sun went down. Mornings in the house were almost cool. It could be a problem to stay cool in the house if you planned to hang out there during the warmest parts of the day. Overall cleanliness was not an issue. However, there were socks left under all 3 beds in the house. Understand how you might miss one, but for socks to be left under all 3 beds points to a cleaning crew problem in my opinion and it’s just a matter of time before they miss something important. Although, we didn’t experience any major cleanliness issues. The kitchen & bathrooms are well stocked, the exception being the refrigerator. We have stayed at a wide variety of VRBOs & AirBnBs, sometimes the refrigerators have some minor supplies & other times not. This one had nothing but that’s not unusual. The property overall is nice, but it is time for an update. The hot tub stays hot but some of the jets didn’t appear to work. Gas grill has utensils but again, you may need to use the supplied lighter because the push button starter doesn’t work. Minor things that are starting to add up & need addressed.

Washing machine doesn’t work. Was told the hot tub would be fixed on Monday but it never was. TV in living room needs a rock to keep it upright. Couch in family room was torn. Lots of area rugs thrown around that are frayed and curled up. My elderly mom tripped a few times but never fell praise God.

This property is advertised to have air conditioning and it does not. It has what is known as a swamp cooler. We had never used one and there were no directions provided. I called after a very hot first night to try and get additional fans to be told there weren't any and and to crack the window open to make it work. It was still a very sticky uncomfortable stay with neither myself or my husband getting much sleep any night. I was very disappointed with this property and I can't recommend this property in any month that is warm.
