Thank you for the lovely review. We're glad you enjoyed the oceanfront balcony and the beautiful view. We look forward to welcoming you back.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m very sorry your stay at Caribbean Resort 1105 fell short of expectations. The cockroaches, strong marijuana odor, broken bed, dirty and damaged furniture, missed cleaning, and sliding door that would not open are unacceptable. I’m also sorry you did not receive a response after reaching out. We’ve shared these concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for inspection and follow-up, and will review how guest inquiries are handled. We’ll also pass along your feedback about the building’s elevators and lazy river to the appropriate team. We regret that your experience was disappointing and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

Thank you for your review, Andy. We're glad you found the condo spacious and appreciated our responsiveness. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the window shades and will certainly consider options to improve light control for future guests. We hope to welcome you back soon.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear you found the property clean, well-stocked, and appreciated the little touches in the bathrooms — we love adding those extras for our guests. We also appreciate your helpful suggestions about blackout blinds and the trash setup. We’ll pass your feedback along to the building management, as the trash collection system is managed by the condo association. In the meantime, we’ll explore possible ways to make both the lighting and waste disposal more convenient for future guests. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay overall and hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for the wonderful review! 🌴🌊 We’re glad you enjoyed the amazing views, the clean, spacious layout for your family of four, and the fireplace on the cool nights. It was great to hear our team was available and accommodating. Thanks also for noting the fully stocked kitchen — helpful for guests who like to cook. We appreciate the feedback about the modern, low-profile beds and sofa; that can be more noticeable for taller guests or anyone with recent hip/knee surgery, and we’ll keep that in mind. Happy to hear the fitness room worked well and that you could enjoy the NYE fireworks from the pier. We’d love to welcome you back to the condo in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations — we understand how frustrating it can be when the experience doesn’t align with what you had hoped for. We do our best to be transparent about what’s provided in the unit, and you're correct that we don't stock items like coffee, salt and pepper, or an unlimited supply of consumables for both health and safety reasons. That said, your comments about the batteries, internet issues, and smoke detectors are absolutely valid, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’ve shared your feedback with our team to prevent this from happening in the future. While we’re glad you found the condo fairly comfortable and well-stocked in terms of kitchenware, we’re sorry the overall experience felt like a letdown. We appreciate your honesty and will use your feedback to continue improving.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, beautiful décor, amazing views from the 11th floor, and the family-friendly resort amenities. It’s great to know the kitchen, balcony, and overall layout helped make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We also appreciate your helpful notes regarding the small maintenance items. We’re glad the smoke detector sensitivity did not impact your stay, and we will continue monitoring it to ensure it remains appropriately responsive. We will also follow up on the guest bathroom mirror light to ensure it is addressed for future guests. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for staying with us. We would love to welcome you back again in the future!

Thank you for the review. Glad your family enjoyed the stay and that check-in and check-out were easy. Appreciate the note about the elevators. We look forward to hosting you again.
