Beachwalk 505, Ocean Views, Quiet Beach Bliss

A major exterior construction project at Beachwalk Villas (including our unit 505) will be ongoing May–December 2026. Guests should expect:

Loud noise during work hours (Mon–Sat, 7:30am–5:30pm)

• Construction crews & equipment on-site
• Temporary balcony closures and obstructed views at times (not continuous for entire stay)
• Occasional unit access (4–5 times) for window replacement with notice
• Elevator delays and limited/slow parking access

Parking is restricted to ONE vehicle per unit during this time.


Bella Casa is a chic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in the highly sought-after Cherry Grove Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. • Beachwalk Villas is a non-smoking property.
• Please respect the shared spaces and community rules.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
