Bella Vita Beach House w/private heated pool is on 11th Street in the golf cart riding zone. In the heart of Port A close to shops & restaurants. One block from the beach or 60 sec by golf cart. One of few houses with ground level living area, no stairs on 1st floor. Total 3 bdrms/ 3 full baths. 1st floor has 2 bdrm & 2 full baths, kitchen & living room. 2nd floor has private entry, kitchen, 1 bdrm, 1 full bath, &living room with pull-out couch. Front load washer/dryer on 1st flr. Dog friendly
Port Aransas is the best beach town. You are on Mustang Island. Driving your golf cart or car on the beach is a blast and you can drive for miles. Fishing is fantastic in this town. The beach shops and restaurants are great too! It's a wonderful town for families to get together and relax enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that Port Aransas brings. The wild life like turtles, birds, alligators, dolphins, and fish are so fun to just sit around and observe.
The beach is 0.4 miles away or 60 seconds by golf cart, or about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are a short walk or a fun golf cart ride just down the street. Head north on 11th street and make a right onto E Avenue G and there the beach awaits you! You can drive your golf cart right onto the beach so it makes it so easy for your family to pick up and get there with all your beach stuff.
-Basic Rules: Any of these rules that are not followed, can lead to a $500 fine plus any damage fees, and immediate eviction with no refund.
-No Parties.
-No Music or loud noice after 10 PM (city noise ordinance).
-Unless prior arrangements have been made with the host, no pets. Service animals are always welcome.
-No Smoking indoors or in the garage. Cigars or cigarettes must be disposed of in a trash bag and placed in the outdoor trash containers. Do not throw cigar/cigarette butts into indoor trash as the odor will permeate. Extra cleaning fees will apply.
-No diving in pool. Do not jump off of the waterfall platform.
-As a safety and security measure we request a picture of government issued photo IDs of all adults that will be staying in the house.
-Drivers of the golf cart must possess a valid drivers license. Must sign liability waiver to use.
-Riders of the electric bikes must be at least 15 years old. Wearing a helmet is required if under 18 years of age.
-Do not keep the pool heater running. Turn heater off when not in use.

We visited for spring break and had a fantastic experience. The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was handled, and the property itself was spotless.There were plenty of amenities to keep the kids entertained, and having the pool preheated for our arrival was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. The golf cart provided was in excellent condition and perfect for getting around. Additionally, the rooms were lovely and appeared to be recently updated.I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a well-maintained and family-friendly getaway!

Perfect family getaway
Bella Vita was the perfect place for our family vacation. The hosts are amazing and accomodations were so much more than we expected! Very clean and so close to the beach and all entertainment. We will definitely come back to Bella Vita again!

Nice, clean and close to the beach
The house has the little extras you need to cook, play, and swim. The location is close to the beach access points and restaurants which we took advantage of often.

Great Place to Stay
We had a wonderful experience with the rental. The hosts were checking on us and made sure everything went well. The house was stocked with everything needed from pots and pans to board games. The property was very clean and well maintained. The location was great, very close to the beach. We all enjoyed our stay and will look for this rental again when we stay in Port Aransas!

Excellent!
We enjoyed our trip so very much and the house was wonderful! The pool was a plus and was super fun for my picky no fun kid 😀
The hosts were excellent with any questions and it was located in a great place. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice place, the heated pool was great and the two seperate living quarters was perfect. Loved having a waher/dryer.

Excellent Stay
Bella Vita Beach house was perfect for our family. Janet was amazing and even left a note with a pie in the fridge welcoming us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need including pots, pans, spices and utensils for every need. Which is a big deal when you are trying to cook meals for the whole family. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Port A! Clean, spacious with the upstairs apartment. Manager was very responsive and cared about our experience. The pool in the back was the icing on the cake. The whole house was very well stocked and we had everything we needed. We will be back.

This property was absolutely perfect and as described in listing. House is equipped with anything and everything you can possibly need during your stay. Everything was clean and tidy and the pool area is perfect. You literally do not have to bring anything with you as everything was provided or available to rent. The house is very close to all areas and close to beach as well. We will definitely stay here again if it is available

Excellent stay
Bella Vita was perfect! Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels and beach chairs. The swimming pool in the backyard was wonderful and clean. the location was close to the beach. Port A restaurants and hospitality was all A+. We will come stay again.

Come stay here!
Had an awesome time, and Jeremy was very quick to respond no matter what was needed. This is a great location, short golf cart ride to the beach, a sit-down meal at local restaurants or for a quick bite at the Pizzaria or Whataburger! Will definitely return!

Great Location, very nice, clean, and the owners are such amazing hosts. The Heated pool was absolutely awesome. We will recommend this location to everyone, and we will go back. Thank you Jeremy and Becita for the awesome Pie left for us wishing us a Happy 25th Anniversary.
