Awave From It All Port A Beach house is located off of 11th Street, one block from Beach Access Rd 1A. This is one of the main access roads to the Port Aransas beach. Awave From It All is 2 blocks from the beach; it is walkable and in the golf cart zone! It checks all of your vacation boxes!!

Bring all of your friends and family as this gorgeous beach house accommodates 12 people comfortably. Parking is for 3 vehicles depending on size. You can also park a golf cart here.

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

Open the front door to a large dining space, seating for 12, a spacious living room with flat screen TV, a large center kitchen island with bar seating for 4, an extremely well stocked kitchen for prepping, cooking and serving for 12, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a door to the back yard space, a guest bathroom and a king suite with a flat screen TV and private en suite bath. The main floor is perfect for those who do not want or can't take the stairs up.

Beach style 2nd living space with flat screen TV and a door to the balcony. The balcony faces the direction of the beach and you will catch some of the most beautiful sunrises you'll ever see in Port A!! You'll also have a view of the pool area across the drive. This is a great spot to take in island life!

This 2nd floor offers guests the game room/2nd living with sleeper sofa, access to the balcony and 3 other bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll have 2 more king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms and a bunk room with 2 twin beds and 2 full size beds, again with a private ensuite bathroom.

The game room/2nd living area offers our young or young at heart guests a basketball game, pool table and an arcade game!

Back downstairs, head out through the back door and you'll find outside dining, a grill, an outdoor shower and outdoor seating.

- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- 2 pets are allowed at this home. This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
