Our family absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very well renovated and updated. It was very clean and plenty of space for our family of 4. It was in a perfect location close to restaurants and activities for the kids. The beach access was very convenient and very clean. I would highly recommend booking.

Great stay! One sink in primary bath was stopped up. Some extra cleaning needed to be done in primary bathroom. Also, a bar or handrail in shower would be nice. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

This property is located close to everything food, shopping and the beach. The property has a gated entrance to the beach which keeps that section nice and private. There is a security gate out front which again feels private and safe. The Condo itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest for the owners is to get better pots and pans for people who want to cook for themselves and not eat out, the ones at the condo are old and everything we cooked stuck in the pans and were a little bit of a mess. It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and paper towels on site instead of having to buy it all, for price of the rental it should be included. All in all 5 stars will definitely go back

Nice rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo: newly remodeled, never saw previous model. Looks nice. Huge negative: no deadbolt so our toddler was constantly able to open the door and spare dresser was easily pulled over on her, that needs SECURED ASAP. For owner: may want to check the flooring as there are gaps in planks need fixed to avoid water damage. Bathroom sink back splash not caulked again avoid water damage. None of that concerns me just wanted owner to know. Grounds are great/clean. The multiple pools are huge plus. The 2 main ones were more kid filled while the one pool by itself allowed for older adults to avoid the noise lol. 2 elevators in center building one was broken and we got stuck numerous times so be ready for that. If we go to OB again we will definitely try to get the same rental. Huge plus: ice machine in the unit was fantastic and I wish mandatory in all beach condos!
