The Blue House with the Red Door in Kitsilano
A charming 110 years old Kitsilano Craftsman House, in a quiet residential area yet 2 blocks away from Broadway shopping area, resturants and public transportation; the beach is only 10 blocks away. You have it all!
Please make sure to Read HOUSE RULES/ Rental Agreement and send a confirmation that you agree before booking!
CHECKOUT DAYS - Regretably Check outs MUST BE on SATURDAYS, TUESDAYS or THURSDAYS. We will not be able to accept bookings checking out on different days of the week other than those 3 days. Thanks for your understanding

We live in this beautiful house and only rent it when we are traveling, which is once or twice per year. The ground level of the house is independent of the main house upstairs & has tenants .
The house is ideal for a maximum of 6 to 7 guests.
We Are Only Accepting Bookings form a Family and/or Related Couples as parents and their adults kids or a couple with kids.
There are 3 bedrooms ; 2 bedrooms have 1 double bed each and the 3rd bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. So at every 2 guests should be comfortable to share a bed and if booking for 7 guests, 3 will be sharing one room.
You will have 2.5 stories house all to yourself! The house is eclectically decorated and has some heritage features like high and coffer ceilings in most rooms , exposed chimney brick wall, a wood burning fireplace and lots of character.
The main floor has a large living room, a craftsman style dinning room and a renovated fully stocked kitchen and powder room. The kitchen leads to a gorgeous deck looking out to our backyard. Please note that the furniture and BBQ are set Only May to Sept as its an uncovered deck.
The second floor features a Master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, a seconf bedroom with a doible bed and another also newly updated charming bathroom .
Above the second floor, on the top level, a newly renovated second bedroom/ den ( low attic ceiling 6' at the peak in sone areas and 7 ' at the peak in others ) conveniently comes with its ensuite 2 pieces bathroom, a Sofa Double Bed ( set up as a bed) and a desk.
Please note that there is 1 other bedroom in the house that is locked and you will not have access to it.
