Good communication between manager, host and myself. It was nice to see the showers clean with no mildew or mold. Loved the 2 1/2 baths. Plenty of space for 7 people. Wished it had more blankets and washcloths/face towels. Also, loved having full kitchen and washer/dryer. Approximately 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney which we liked.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. A note for the future: as soon as Disneyland re-starts their tram service, the walk will be reduced to just 10 minutes.

The communication was excellent. I knew how to get everywhere I needed quickly and easily. The facility was extremely clean and nice. Quiet neighborhood was fantastic.

Great experience, glad we stayed here

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed was there and the very few things missing the property manager was very quick to respond and bring the items. We would definitely stay here again if we come for another stay in the area.

Family Disney vacation

LOVED this place! The beds are SUPER comfy! The walk to Disney was not far. I would recommend this place to anyone! We had a great time!!

Nice, convenient condo

Nice little place a couple mins walk from Disney. Convenient have a place close by for a nap or dinner break when u’ve got kids at the park.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had enough room for our family of 7. I appreciated the pool towels and strollers, made it easier to not have to pack these items.

Disney!

Property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, great communication, and the best part was proximity, to Disneyland a very quick, eight minute walk!

Great stay while visiting disneyland

We spent 3 nights at this home while we visited Disney land, it was a great location, easy to find, good communication with the owners, the home was clean and ready for us. It is about a 20 min walk to get to the entrance of Disneyland. The listing and photos are accurate. Would stay here again the next time.

I would recommend this place to anyone. I asked if they had a crockpot and they went and bought one so we had one while we stayed. Great location. Walking distance to Disneyland.

Disney vacation

Property was clean and everything we needed. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, we were mostly in the parks. But being able to walk across the street to the tram was awesome. I didn’t have to pay for parking and it only took about 10-12 min to walk to the tram get thru security and get to the front of the parks. It was easy to find and check in. Would definitely recommend if going to Disneyland for a few days.

Could use a little updating but overall very nice

Great location. Walked to Disney everyday. Beds were super comfortable and plenty for the kids to do. Toys, dvds, and stroller were provided and greatly appreciated! Would definatey recommend to all. Thanks for a great start to 2018!

Perfect!

This was a perfect spot for our family to stay for our Disney trip. Worked well for 4 adults and 1 kid! Close to park. Communication was great! I read reviews about it being dated…but if you have time to notice that you’re not doing Disney right! Most definitely will stay there in the future!

Me and my mother in law stayed here for a Disneyland trip. We liked its proximity to the park very much. Host was very thorough with good communication. Property was clean. Good for families. Appreciated washer and dryer. Very thorough accommodation information and recommendations on property. A few times I heard people outside talking but it was because of the vent they have going out the window. I got used to it but good to note so it’s not a surprise if you hear people once in a while. This unit is a complex so it’s natural in my opinion.We were barely at the unit, mostly slept and ate there.

Disney Trip

This condo was a great location for our Disney trip. We were able to walk and come home for breaks/lunch. The bedrooms upstairs got a little warm. For a winter stay it was completely fine with fans. If you are planning to visit in warmer months you will probably need the portable AC units but those were provided at the property. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to any family heading to Disney.

Great location!

My family and I had a pleasant stay. It was me, my wife, and our 3 kids (21/12/1). The condo location was as listed. Walking distance to the theme parks and Downtown Disney just about a 10min or so. The condo could use a little upgrading, but not a deal breaker. The neighborhood complex was nice and people were friendly. Communication with owner was great and prompt. I would definitely stay again!

Owner thought of every detail to make the stay perfect

House is in the perfect location to enjoy Disneyland. When we arrived there was a basket of treats for my girls and a personal welcome letter. All shining clean and new. All the basic groceries were available, even sandwich bags and a box of waffle mix! Great distribution and roomy... If there were ten stars I'd give them.

Our Disney accommodation experience

We had an extremely positive experience! The property manager, Elizabeth, was extremely helpful and attentive to small issues that we encountered during our stay. The rental was very clean, and met the needs of my family of 5. I would definitely rent here again, and can positively recommend them to anyone interested in this type of lodging for their Disney visit. Thanks very much for your assistance with everything, Elizabeth. You were great!

almost 5 stars

Can't beat the location; it's definitely walking distance to Disney parks. Hosts seem friendly and definitely communicative. But a few issues need work - advertised queen bed in the master is actually a full bed. My husband is a tall bodybuilder and a full bed was really uncomfortable. A bunch of dishes and pot put away in the cupboards were dirty. Main bath sink drain was slow despite one of the hosts 'fixing' it with Draino. Most importantly - the upstairs rooms are much hotter than downstairs. Unbearably hot and stuffy and we are from Arizona. The thermostat was originally set to 75 deg and there is no way for a guest to change it. Bedrooms upstairs were then above 80 and we could not nap. Hosts changed it and it was okay once they did. It heated up while we were out to dinner though and hosts raised the temperature again, so it was way too hot when we got back. We reached out but they were sleeping. They lowered the temperature once they woke up. They know the bedrooms get too hot and they have a portable AC on standby. This solution they offered is a no go because there's hardly any floor space and the unit becomes a trip hazard. (say if you need to pee in the middle of the night and you're half asleep) Definitely a place for families though - lots of amenities for children like toys, stroller, and high chair. If you don't mind heat or stuffy sleeping spaces, you might be okay.

Hello Zoila, I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations. First, I'd like to note that the bed really is Queen size. The difference between a full and a queen is around 5 inches and without a tape measure, you might not be able to tell. As for the air conditioner, your first message to us was: "no need to set up the window unit. it's quite confy up here now". Then, at midnight, you messaged that it got warm. I immediately turned the thermostat down. The next day, our property manager again offered to setup the window unit. You told her that there was no need as the temperature was fine after the thermostat was turned down. If you had allowed us to set it up, you would have seen that it is placed next to the window, diagonally opposite the entrance to the room. It rarely gets in the way. We have used that AC with dozens of guests over multiple years and no one said that it got in the way. By the way, our guest book does contain instructions on how to adjust the temperature manually. It is programmed with a schedule, so manual changes only apply till the next point. Hence, we encourage guests to let us know. In your case, the concern was night time temperature, so that was programmed to be 3 degrees lower. The daytime temperature was not adjusted. After the bathroom sink was cleared with draino, we sent you a video showing that the water was draining fine with the tap running. You did not dispute that. The next guests also did not have any complaints. Regarding the dishes, we have addressed that with the cleaning service. In summary, if you had let us set up the AC, your "almost 5 star" experience would have been 5 star, as it has been for most other guests.
