Loved the convenience in location for Disneyland. I would say if you are staying here for Disneyland it’s perfection!

For our family of 7 we very much appreciated the property. It has plenty of space for everyone and walking distance to Disney.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here last week! We were able to walk to the tram or parks every day very easily. The outside/neighborhood does seem a little rundown, but the condo itself was very clean and organized. I wish we had more towels, but we were able to wash/dry them as needed. Very good communication with the manager. Responded right away when I couldn't locate something in the kitchen. If we ever get back to Anaheim I would definetly stay again.

Family vacation

It is a pretty good stay. Furniture needs to be updated and more couches chairs added to the living room area. Some things were broken walls need to be repainted, but we love the amount of space there was felt like we were in some apartment of our own, which was good.

Another successful Funtierland stay

This is my second time (and won’t be my last) booking with Funtierland, I love them. They’re so helpful from beginning to end. Things are made simple & if you have any needs, questions or concerns prior to the stay or during, they’re very accessible. This property was cute and just what we needed. My only gripe was the heat. As a two story, the upstairs will become a lot hotter than the downstairs. Sleeping upstairs was not the most comfortable due to this, and it wasn’t even that warm outside. I feel like it would have been awful during summer. Other than that, it was great!

Perfect little place for family next to Disney

The place was clean and very presentable. Had its little flaws with the back caps of the tv remotes and a plastic cover above the kitchen. Other than that the place was nice. It didnt all look like the pictures on Vrbo but overall still a nice little spot. It was a little confusing to find at first but eventually found it pretty quick. Would stay again!

Awesome property and location To downtown Disney

My family had a great stay. The location was absolutely wonderful and easy walking distance to Disney. The inside was clean and roomy, but the outside of the place was out dated. Car garage is meant for middle to small cars. Very hard to park bigger cars. Luckily had reserve outside parking space. Property manager was quick to answer questions when asked and even checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything.

Great for Disneyland

this location was great for Disneyland as it was only a 10+ minute walk. The check in and out process was clear and concise. The person with Funtierland was easily accessible via text. Overall clean, but can tell some spots where it was still dusty or an area was missed. We barely spent any time in the unit. It was great for our needs.

Really well equip and convenient

Great place perfect for a Disney family vacation. I was attending a tradeshow at the convention center and was able to walk five minutes to the Disneyland hotel for their convention center shuttle buses. It's a great space with remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Very clean and nicely decorated. The complex is quiet and perhaps a bit older. Overall so much better than hotels. Appreciated all the communication prior to check in

Family memories home base

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at this location allowed a fun filled trip for our family of six, (4 adults and 2 children). It had all the needed amenities and responsive action to request to fixing one small need in the shower/bath. The walk to downtown Disney is pleasant. We were able to enjoy the parks and come back to relax and prepare for the next day. The stroller options helped get us to the park and back. Thank you for everything. We would stay again!

Comfortable, clean and safe.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at different Funtierland rentals at the same facility. This one is definitely set up for a family with small children. There is a crib in the master bedroom and at least two strollers and a car seat. It was still great for two people, one adult and one 12-year-old. The Disney touches were not always obvious, but still wonderful. I think the only things that I could find missing were a decent corkscrew and a bottle opener.

Love Bug Christmas-time Review

Positives: So much better and cleaner than staying at a hotel! It was a home away from home. And you cannot get any better with how close you are to the trams and Disneyland Resort. I loved being able to cook and do laundry. Multiple showers made bedtime so much easier for a family of four. The master bed, though a bit squeaky, was comfy. And we felt safe in the neighborhood, even walking back late at night from Disneyland park. Negatives: Garage was a tight fit for parking our SUV, but we were still glad to have a garage. The decor, while still Disney and festive, was different than pictured - it was less bright and lively and some pictures were missing entirely with some walls just having lone nails on them. And the upstairs curtains are thin and do not adequately block out the street lights outside. We knew about the curtain issue having read about it in other reviews and so we came prepared with dark sheets to cover the curtains, which worked well. Overall: We were very pleased with our stay and extremely pleased with the Funtierland company for being so easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

The location of the property to Disneyland was great! But the overall condition of the place was very poor. It is in need of some major renovations. The carpet was very warn out and dingy. There were a lot of things that needed some work and cleaning up.

The location was the best part about this place. It really is only a 20 minute walk to the front gates (if you cross the 4 lane road without going to the crosswalk). A couple complaints were that the master bedroom was incredibly hot if you were there during the day. We had to keep the 2 box fans running constantly plus the fan to have it be cool enough to be able to sleep at night, but it was able to get cool enough at night. I also was disappointed at the lack of any kind of kids toys or games. There were like 5 kids books in the drawers downstairs. I would have hoped for at least a game or 1-2 toys since it is a kids specific location. The knives were VERY dull and basically useless when it came to cutting things. Our toddler that was sleeping in the crib also got sick while we were there in the middle of the night and there are no extra crib sheets, so definitely be aware of that. Overall, I feel like 3 stars is pretty fair. The beds were sleepable, the location was walkable to Disneyland, and those were our biggest factors. I wouldn’t stay at this location again, but I do feel like Funtierlands check in/checkout process is very smooth and we didn’t have any issues there, so I would stay with this company again, just not this location.

Good choice if your trip is for Disneyland. Easy walking distance. Didn't use the pool, so can't comment on that. Everything else was as expected. Thank you.

Quick stay in Anaheim

Location cannot be beat, place was great and as expected. There was definitely a bit more paperwork than usual for this stay. The random # assignments to parking and long code to door took some getting used to, but weren't burdensome. Everything was super convenient and I was pleased with the local restaurants in the area! Easy access to highway if you are planning to explore the area.

Cute home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay for our family disney trip. This place has everything you can possibly need to accommodate everyone in the family from extra air mattress, kids cups/plates, baby gate for the stairs and many extra towels and blankets which i loved because most places always only two and i hate traveling with them. We liked that its walking distance to the disney parks but that its still far enough to avoid disney traffic.
