Bright, cheerful, and ideally positioned — this sun-filled studio on the 3rd floor of Building 3 at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club is the kind of place that puts you in vacation mode the moment you walk through the door. With a Gulf view from both the living room window and the screened balcony, a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and everything you need for a relaxed beach getaway, this studio is a comfortable home base for up to 4 guests just steps from the white sands of Bonita Beach.



Located in the heart of the five-tower complex, Building 3 offers a central, convenient position with easy access to all community amenities.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



THE SPACE



The open-concept studio layout flows comfortably from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with natural light and a cheerful coastal feel throughout.



The living area is set up for genuine relaxation — a queen sleeper sofa and a manual recliner give everyone a comfortable spot to unwind after a day at the beach. A TV with cable keeps evenings easy, and the full glass sliding doors open onto the sun-drenched screened balcony, where Gulf views greet you morning and night.



Sleep soundly on a king-size bed freshly made with provided linens, with a ceiling fan for added comfort and a spacious walk-in closet to keep everything organized throughout your stay.



The full bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower, with bath and beach towels included for your stay.



The kitchen is well-suited for easy vacation cooking, with a 2-burner cooktop, countertop toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher — plus basic cookware and dinnerware for simple, stress-free meals in.
