This newly remodeled Bonita Beach & Tennis Club studio offers two genuine queen beds, so every guest gets a real, comfortable night's sleep. Add a stunning farmhouse kitchen, a fully remodeled bathroom, self check-in with keyless entry, and the beach literally across the street — and this unit stands in a class of its own.



Beautifully redesigned throughout and thoughtfully equipped, this studio is an ideal home base for two couples, a small family, or any group of 4 who refuses to compromise on comfort.



Maintenance to the property grounds, landscaping and irrigation systems are currently ongoing.



On-site amenities include two pickle-ball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations).

THE SPACE



The beautifully designed open-concept layout flows naturally from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with every inch put to great use.



The living area features full dining for 4, a sofa, side chairs, and a flat screen TV with cable. Step through the full glass sliding doors onto the screened lanai, where a charming bistro set for two is the perfect perch for morning coffee or an evening drink.



The sleeping area is where this studio truly separates itself — two queen beds, each freshly made with provided linens, with a ceiling fan overhead and a large closet for everyone's belongings. A well-lit desk and vanity space provides a practical spot for remote work or getting ready without taking over the rest of the unit.



The completely remodeled bathroom is a genuine standout, with a fully tiled oversized shower and an expanded vanity counter — well above what you'd typically find in a studio.



The kitchen is where expectations get blown away entirely. Granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, a full-size French door refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher — all in a studio. Cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances are fully stocked and ready to go.
