Brand new luxury apartment overlooking Hagley Park, boasting a unique indoor outdoor experience plus idyllic sunrise and sunsets.Walking distance to Westfield Mall where you will find a variety of fashion boutiques,general stores and excellent Restaurants ,cafes and supermarket.
Walking distance to public transport,right at your door and Public Hospital.10 mins to CBD.

This one bedroom apartment plus a sofa bed can be dropped down to accomodate 2 extra guests .A perfect hang out for relaxing and enjoying a spot of TV or perhaps sitting in the private courtyard with a glass of wine or a good book ..

Close to Beautiful Hagley Park 5 mins to Public Hospital,Avon River,Botanical Gardens ,Riverside Market,The Terrace (a popular strip in town with numerous upmarket Restaurants )and CBD.
Public transport on both sides of Riccarton Road.Westfield Mall is 10 minutes walk.You will find great Eateries,Cafes and Bars plus Mall shopping and Supermarket.Directly opposite is a 24 hour Diary and a number of takeaway food outlets.
We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

A convenient and gorgeous place to stay. I was concerned it would be loud close to the street, but care was certainly taken to make it quiet inside! I loved the simple keypad entry system. The only drawback was it was listed as having “parking available” for the unit but there is actually only street parking and it’s not convenient for loading and unloading luggage. The closest I found was two blocks away. Otherwise it was perfect!

Weekend in Chch

This was a brief stay after a week of work and travel. It was a great spot to take a break in and around town. As identified in the information it is a bit noisy from traffic, but we expected that. Overall a great spot - we love Hadlee park.

All very well laid out and great location but very noisy when trying to sleep and due to no aircon upstairs it got hot. Street noise makes it impossible to have the doors and windows open for breeze.

Great apartment for two right on Hagley park

Apartment was great for a couple for our 11 night stay. Had everything we needed. Clean, new, well heated/cooled, super comfortable bed and plenty of entertainment options on the TV. Full kitchen with washer/dryer, though could have done with some baking/microwave dishes etc. Lovely park view and convenient location - on a busy intersection, but wasn't a problem noise wise for us - just a bit loud on Fri/Sat nights. No parking onsite, but free street parking a few hundred metres away was always easy to find. Great value compared to other accommodation options. We would definitely stay again.

Great accomm, pity about the lack of onsite parking

The town house is in a great location and feels quite spacious for a one bedroom. The amenities are new and in good condition. Location close to Hagley Park and Riccarton Mall is handy.It was disappointing and misleading that the ad states onsite parking available (this was on the ad at time of booking, check in and at the time of this review being posted) and the main reason for me booking this over another option. When I arrived onsite I messaged the property manager to ask which townhouse I had booked, as it was unclear in the welcome message received and there is at least 10 potential townhouses it could have been, I also asked about the onsite parking as I didn't want to park in the wrong spot and upset neighbours. I was abruptly told 'we have never had parking onsite' and that it is street parking Darvel Street that is the closest.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in the apartment. It was warm, comfortable and equipped with all the expected requirements in the kitchenette. Being able to walk out for different dinner options was a bonus. There are, however, a few things I would like to suggest. * The apartment is advertised as being `brand new'. Whilst the building may be only months old, the apartment shows signs of wear and tear that make you think it is `not brand new'. This is evident in the damamged bench, the tatty blind of the entrance door and the marked/chipped paint around the apartment. * There was chipped crockery and glassware for use by guests, in the crockery cupboard. The kitchen could have been cleaner as well. * When you sit in the apartment on the lounge suite, all the traffic on the opposite side of the 4 lane intersection can see into the apartment and see guests sitting on the lounge. The entrace doorway has the blind on it to give privacy but at times I wanted to have that blind up to see the daylight etc. Perhaps something could be put on the glass in the door to increase privacy when the blind is up. * The apartment is on the corner of a significantly large intersection with heavy traffic at the start and end of the working day. After the traffic from people going home from work, there is several hours of `boy racer' cars reving at the lights, skidding off at high speed and then the siren on Police cars following them. This was not a one-off. * The lack of a desi??
