The condo unit and complex are perfectly maintained with great staff and amenities. The location is great, situated in the heart of old PV, with easy access to eateries, shops and activities.We had 2 units in the complex with a family ranging in ages from 1 - 77, and it was great.We hope to return again.

Great stay in PV!

This was a great condo located right in the Romantic Zone. Great views, pool and very friendly staff. Dawn gives you all the info you’ll need for a great vacation and her condo is well stocked. Lots of restaurants, shops right outside your door. Easy to walk to everything. Fun to see fireworks at night too. Great stay!

Great building in a great location.

We’ve owned property in PV for 16 years and I would say this is probably the best beach front condo building in PV. Beautiful grounds and pool, good security and facilities. The unit is huge with nice bedrooms, bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. The sitting areas on the terrace provides one of the best views of the bay. From the floor tiles to the art work throughout the unit, just a really nice place to stay with friends or family.

Very tastefully decorated unit with outstanding view in safe secure building. I’ve stayed in several MDA units and this was very top notch. Well stocked with everything you could want or need for cooking enjoying the indoor outdoor life of PV. Well situated on the water and walking distance to everything. Best building in all of Old Town

I can't say enough good things about this property - from the expansive breathtaking panoramic view of the pacific, to the perfect pool to the luxurious suite we couldn't have chose a better place. The security was tight, the pool staff were amazing, and the infinity pool was perfect for my 5 year old that doesn't swim. Lots of shallow areas for him. And being right on the Malecon was a treat. Truly an unforgettable 10 days.

Dawns place is beautiful and has everything you need. Well stocked with all the essentials. Loved the stocked pantry. The layout was unique and updated beautifully. Wonderful Family Week

Our family week at Dawn’s condo was awesome. Our grandchildren (ages 11 and 9) enjoyed the pool and the nightly fireworks (Pirate Ship) seen from the condo’s balcony. The four adults appreciated the condo’s beach proximity and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The spacious condo is tastefully appointed with a full kitchen and three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The six of us were very comfortable in the spacious condo and appreciated the nearby Malecon, restaurants and, as always, the beach. One word- AMAZING. The condo was absolutely beautiful, location was perfect, Juan and Javier (checked us in) were extremely friendly and responsive!!! Great getaway!

Upon walking into the condo I heard my Dad exclaim “wow” and that’s a good description of our stay, but not only our stay in the condo but the experience from booking to (sadly) heading home. Dawn was so responsive answering all of my questions down to where to get our Covid tests to return to the US. Everything was seemless and exactly as promised. The condo had everything we could ever need for an enjoyable stay. The location was great, walkable to all our favorite spots. The pool was heavenly, perfect spot to relax and enjoy a nice cold drink (I recommend a mango daiquiri). Ahh I knew writing this would make me wish I was still there, but we will be back. Thanks again Dawn for the “wow” it was our first trip out of country since we all hit pause for awhile and it was perfect.

Awesome centrally located condo!

This three-bedroom, three-bath unit is absolutely massive and in excellent condition. The eighth-floor location cannot be beat--there are great views of the ocean and the city both north and south (fireworks are often visible at night from the patio). It is easy to walk throughout the Zona Romantica and Centro district along the Malecon. The pool and grounds are immaculate, and the swim-up bar is awesome. Appreciated having a secure parking space as well. We did not need the air conditioner the entire time we stayed in April, although we used the ceiling fans. Note that there is a $500 US cash deposit required with the property management company contingent upon you not using more than 75 KWH of electricity per day during your stay. There is no way to know how much you are using in real-time. As it turned out, we only used about 100 KWH in an entire week!

We are a Canadian family that wanted a place in the sun that was easy to get to (lots of air options into Vallarta) and provided a spacious, modern and safe property that is right on the beach. Walk to restaurants, shops and galleries from our unit. Casa En La Playa in Molino De Agua (mdacasaenlaplaya) is our perfect place in the sun.

We have chosen Molino de Agua Casa En La Playa (mdacasaenlaplaya) as our home away from home. Vallarta is a great place, the local people are extremely friendly, the weather is incredible and restaurants are superb. It's a little taste of Europe right in your own backyard. With the US$ dollar so strong it's even more amazing value for money. Tough to beat a better place in the sun and we want to share it with you!

Safe and secure but in the heart of the vibrant and funky "REAL" old town of Vallarta. If you are looking for a holiday with a true "Mexican feel" but with all the comforts of home this is the place. The best part about Molino de Agua Casa en la Playa (mdacasaenlaplaya) is the two very spacious terraces, one with the bar-b-q and dining table for 6 with the other terrace furnished with comfy couches and chairs. We sit on the terrace, re-live the days' adventures and watch the sunset over the ocean every evening. Then it's off for dinner at one of the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Another perfect day in paradise! Molino de Agua Casa en la Playa’s (mdacasaenlaplaya) generous bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms give 6 people lots of room to spread out and enjoy!
