Located directly on Playa Camarones, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo (120 m²) comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. You’ll be in a small building of only 8 units, with a pool and private beach access, right in the heart of the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood, just a short walk from the Malecón, restaurants, and the Casa Ley grocery store.

The condo offers panoramic bay views from both the living room and the master bedroom. Wake up to the sound of the waves, enjoy your morning coffee on the oceanfront balcony, and end the day with a sunset right in front of you.

You’ll find everything you need for a worry-free stay: a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for your days by the water. The building is calm, safe, and perfectly located for exploring Puerto Vallarta on foot, without having to climb any hills.

The master bedroom features a king bed, faces directly onto the ocean, and offers access to a private balcony for the room as well as the condo’s main balcony. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a double bed, making it ideal for families or friends. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, blackout curtains, and ample storage space.

This is a non-smoking unit, including the terraces. Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets.

This property is beautiful! Waking up to the view in the master bedroom was like a peaceful dream and having coffee on the deck was wonderful and relaxing. Steve was very pleasant to deal with. He was peompt in responding, professional and provided one of the most well stocked condos that we have ever stayed at. Juan, the property manager was also great to deal with. He was efficient and very helpful with all of our needs. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing and tropical escape, this is the place for you!

The location of this property cannot be beat. You are right on the beach. The sound of the waves is very soothing. There are tons of restaurants near by and a grocery store a couple of blocks away. JC the local property manager was great and was easy to contact. I will try and rent this place again on my next trip.

We loved our stay! The location and views and sounds of the ocean were amazing.We ate at Pepe's Taco Restaurant several times. Loved it. Ubers were plentiful and we felt very safe in them and walking around both where we were staying and everywhere we went.

The ocean view was the highlight. We spent most of our time on the deck. The unit was well equipped and very clean. The beds and pillows were firmer than we were accustomed to but that’s a personal preference. Juan Carlos, the property manager, was there to greet us and check us in and show us around.

The location is unbeatable.Everything you need - taco restaurants and carts, seafood restaurants, grocery story are within easy walking distance.The pool is well maintained and the beach is easily accessible from a private door.Check in and out was smooth. It was never a problem reaching the management company, building maintenance, or the owner.The Malecón is about a 10 minute walk away. Tips:- get the wood fired grill whole snapper from Restaurant Rio Grande- Pepe’s is good but El Carboncito is better-eat the shrimp, octopus, smoked marlin burrito from Taćon de Marlin- don’t miss the churros from the lady that makes them fresh by Casa Ley at nightIf you want an authentic experience in Puerto Vallarta, away from the loud and more commercial areas, this is the place to be.

The location is great! Private beach access, walking distance to many great restaurants and Ley, a large supermarket, is just a couple blocks away. Communication was great, the property manager was helpful and prompt returning messages. We would definitely stay here again!

We stay in Steve's place for two weeks and had a great stay. We have stayed in a few of the units in the building and this unit by far was the most stocked with everything thought about and well cared for. If your looking for a great view of the ocean and a relaxing environment this is definitely the unit to book!

Everything was great about my stay at this condo. The condo is well stocked and very clean. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy. There are many restaurant options within walking distance and the Casa Ley grocery store is 2 blocks away. It was easy to get a cab/ Uber to and from the condo when I wanted to explore other parts of Puerto Vallarta. I would book this condo again without hesitation.

We have been home for less than 24 hours, and we're already dreaming of returning. Steve's place is an absolute gem! Clean, modern, comfortable and well-stocked-all with the perfect location. Gorgeous sunsets and a refreshing pool were highlights for sure, but we also got the feel for authentic Puerto Vallarta. Street tacos, small-family owned restaurants abound in a safe, interesting neighborhood. We walked, used UBERs and even tried the public bus to get around. We absolutely loved our whole week. We'll be back!

My family and I had a great time staying here. Check in check out process was easy. The property owner and the staff onsite were easy to work with. Highly recommend if you are looking for a clean condo that is right in the beach. It is walking distance to the Malecon strip and to many restaurants and shops in the area. I would absolutely stay here again.

The ocean view was as spectacular as the photos show and we had the added bonus of seeing whales most days. The complex is in an ideal location with walking access to a good supermarket and all the restaurants and bars you could want. The host's rep, Juan Carlos, was prompt and efficient and provided all support we needed. The condo was well equipped with everything one could need and the facilities and pool are very well maintained. We are definitely considering returning next year and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We stayed 4 nights, we’ll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay in this unitt! The location is perfect, in the flat part of 5 de Diciembre, just steps from the Malecon and close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. No hills to climb (which is rare in Vallarta!), and everything felt super accessible, even with kids. The unit itself is beautiful, modern, and well-equipped. But what really made it special was the pool and beach access. We often felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. Our kids spent hours swimming in the pool and running around on the beach just in front. It was magical to wake up to the sound of the waves and end the day with a sunset over the bay. Casa Ley, a full-service supermarket, is just a 2-minute walk away, super convenient for groceries and last-minute needs. The neighborhood is filled with great little restaurants. We especially loved El Barracuda Bar for its beachfront vibes, and La Notte, a cozy pizzeria just a minute from the condo with amazing wood-fired pizza.Highly recommend this spot for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing time in Vallarta without the tourist chaos of the Romantic Zone. We’re already planning our next visit!

We had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Vallarta and would come back!The location couldn’t be better we were just steps away from so many fantastic restaurants, cafés, and local spots. It made exploring and dining out incredibly easy and convenient.The heated pool was a huge bonus and quickly became one of our favorite places to relax. The staff were consistently friendly and willing to help with what ever needs we had.The condo itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable we slept great. The oceanfront bedroom was especially magical at night. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was such a treat… though a couple of times we joked that we wished we could turn the ocean volume down! The back bedroom was also nice and quiet. You can hear some music from nearby establishments in the evenings, but it was usually wrapped up by around 10:00 pm, so it never disturbed us.There is currently some construction nearby that starts around 7:30–8:00 am. If you’re hoping to sleep in, we’d suggest using the front bedroom, which is a bit more shielded from the noise.The microwave unfortunately wasn’t working during our stay and couldn’t be repaired at the time. It would have been nice to heat things up more easily, but we completely understood that it was a bigger fix and it honestly didn’t impact our stay. Overall, this condo delivered exactly what we were hoping for — an amazing location, beautiful ocean sounds, a heated pool, and a comfortable, clean place to stay.

Amazing beach front view! Exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Perfect location, walkable and close to everything. The property manager was always immediately available and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Onsite staff are so friendly and helpful. It will be hard to find anything better than this spot.

Séjour parfait dans un appartement qui a été au-delà de nos attentes. Très bien situé et à proximité de tout, grand confort pour une famille de 5 personnes, aires communes très bien entretenues, vue tout à fait incroyable avec couchers de soleil exceptionnels . Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Nous sommes aussi tombé sous le charme de Puerto Vallarta. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.
