This award winning renovated Penthouse condo is located in the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood, just north of the Malecon in Downtown Puerto Vallarta. Experience the beautiful views of the bay and the city, along with the gorgeous sunsets from your own private rooftop terrace while you relax in the hot tub. Enjoy the convenience of being within a short walk to the beach, the Malecón and many of the incredible restaurants and bars that PV has to offer.

The building has secured entry and is comprised of 15 units. There is a shared rooftop pool, only a few steps down from the the entry to Regalo del Cielo. The complex offers WiFi throughout the building and a small air conditioned workout room.

This condo has two master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms and smart TV's. The widows and sliding glass doors were recently replaced with double pane tinted windows and doors for added privacy and noise reduction.

The kitchen contains state of the art appliances, including refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer and wine cooler. It is well stocked with most of the utensils you'd find at home. Other amenities include Wifi and a washer and dryer.

When staying here you will be able to enjoy the privacy of your own rooftop terrace. On the terrace you will find the hot tub, patio furniture, fire pit table, lounge chairs, a custom made stand alone bar, refrigerator, ice maker and a BBQ for your enjoyment. The washer and dryer are also located on the terrace. There is also a half bathroom on the terrace. The terrace is above the unit and can only be accessed via the stairwell within the unit. From the Terrace you can enjoy the sensational views of the ocean and the city along with incredible sunsets and nightly fireworks over the bay. In the Spring you can witness incredible shows put on by humpback whales in the Bay of Banderas.

The rooftop pool sits below the stairwell entry to Un Regalo del Cielo. This shared area has lounge chairs, patio furniture, a 1/2 bathroom, a BBQ and an outdoor rinsing shower for your use.

The beach, Playa Camarones, is seven short blocks from the condo and takes 5-7 minutes to walk, depending on your pace. The heart of Puerto Vallarta, "The Malecón", is 12 blocks away and takes 10-14 minutes to get to on foot. Old Town, also referred to as the Romantic Zone or Los Muertos Beach, is 2km (1.24 miles) away and takes 25-27 minutes to walk to along the Malecón.

There is a 5 day minimum stay. If you are looking to book but only 4 days are available, contact me through VRBO and I can adjust the day requirement to book. 3 day Rentals are not available.
