Velkommen til mit Luxury Ocean Front Condominium på det verdensberømte Malecon i centrum af Puerto Vallarta

Fantastisk og fuldstændig renoveret condo ved havet.

Dette historiske to soveværelser, to bad Condo er bekvemt placeret lige i "corazon" (hjertet) i Puerto Vallarta.

Bygningen var engang et af de første luksushoteller i Puerto Vallarta. Richard Burton og Elizabeth Taylor boede ofte her, når det var hotellet ..
.
Lejligheden ligger lige ved The Malecon, hvilket gør det til gåafstand fra restauranter, barer, kunstgallerier, natteliv og mange ikoniske steder i Puerto Vallarta.

To soveværelser, to komplette badeværelser, vaskerum, stor terrasse ved havet og ombrydes balkon med panoramaudsigt over bugten, bylys og Malecon

 Møbleret og dekoreret med moderne funktioner, hvilket gør denne dejlige lejlighed en af en slags.

Dette hjem er smukt indrettede og har alt hvad du muligvis har brug for, herunder trådløs internetadgang, kabel-tv og en fantastisk udsigt over bugten, Malecon og byen.

Når du sidder på terrazza kan du se efter delfiner og hvaler, der bryder i bugten; eller forkæl dig selv med en søndag aften middag der ser familier parade ved i deres 'søndag bedst'.

Fiskeri og dykke charterturer er lige op ad gaden. Gamle by, mercado, stranden; kunstgallerier, katedralen; mange af de bedste restauranter i byen; er lige udenfor din dør. Hvis du vil vove dig lidt længere, venter du aldrig mere end to minutter på et førerhus her. Føler du dig eventyrlysten? Bussen stopper også i nærheden.

Lejligheden har en spektakulær udsigt, ser ned på den natlige aktivitet på Malecon, og nogle nætter kan du høre de lokale gratis musikalske begivenheder, der finder sted i Ampitheatre og 'Lighthouse-scenen'.
Det er en kombination af mexicansk musik, nedbrud af bølger, disco musik, skarer applaus og generel natteliv aktivitet.
En måneskin-cocktail kl. 23.00 er livlig, solopgang morgener på balkonen med en kop kaffe, hvor man ser, at pangas kommer ind med deres fangst, er en skat.
Rock and roll, country western, mariachis, jazz og salsa er det beat, du hører, og dine øre-trommer kan have brug for ørepropper, hvis du er en let sovende ... for ikke at gå glip af lydene og de gode lugt fra de nærliggende fabelagtige restauranter .. ... vil du være ude blandt dem.

Everything was great. My wife and I both had to work a little and the WiFi was great for conference calls. Location was great very close to many dinning options!

Wonderful condo with a breathtaking view!

The condo was perfect and we were very comfortable during our stay. The views from the patio and roof are amazing, we spent every evening watching the sunset and fireworks from there. The location can't be beat, right in the center of all the activity. Judi was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this stay!

Great Property and Host

Overall this property was amazing. The views when you walk out onto the patio is breathtaking. You can walk to just about everything which did the nine days we stayed. If you like to be near the party scene then this is your spot. The host is the best we have ever experienced as she checked in with us often to make sure we have everything we need.

Judy had been the most helpful host. Her communication was more than I could ask for. The location was perfect the place was clean and well kept.

The condo is very nice. Great location, if you want to be seriously in the thick of activity then this place wont let you down. Surrounded by great restaurants, a beautiful view of the bay and wonderful neighbors. The owner is very nice and really wants to make sure your stay is memorable. As she was upfront about, the only small negative is that it can get very noisy at times.

Great gem

We loved this apartment. Photos were very accurate, lots of space, right on the water, near everything. Judy was great, super communicative, very reasonable and flexible and just a very nice person. It’s in a lively night area, so you need to be okay with street noise, but my partner and I loved it and had no issues. Would highly recommend.

We will be back !

We stayed here on our anniversary trip and what a gorgeous place ! In the center of everything, clubs, galleries and amazing restaurants. Not forgetting of course right on the ocean ! Very modern furnishings. clean and well kept. Judi was a gracious hostess. We will be back ! Lawrence & Nancee

Right in the heart

We had a wonderful stay for a week here in February. The listing was exactly as advertised. Amazing views, right in the heart of the action on the malecon. Easy access to food, shops, and bars. The apartment has everything you need to cook, wash clothes, and even has a rooftop deck with great views. The night gets a bit noisy, but the apartment shuts out most of the noise with the doors shut.

Very nice apartment in a great location

Judi's apartment was in a great location with unobstructed views of the ocean. Some of the little things that I appreciated; - Judi checked me in personally without any hassle. - The Internet was great. - There was ground coffee and a coffee maker available. - The apartment has a large open area with a balcony that looks over the malecon.

Great Location

The condo is located on the Malecon and has a wonderful view of the ocean and the sounds of waves crashing. It can be noisy on the weekend with music from a nearby club . The location is great as you can walk to restaurants and downtown and taxis are easy to find. The one thing I would recommend is better lighting in the bathroom off the bedroom and another lamp in the dining area. The owner lives on site and is easily accessible and was very responsive to our requests. I hope to stay there again.

Perfect Stay

I think the title sums it up here. First of all Judi was amazing as she was reaching out when we booked her place and again several days before we arrived just to make sure we knew where we were going and how to get there. Every message we sent to her we got an immediate response. Upon arrival we were immediately blown away by the condo and the view. The location is gold as there is everything within short walking distance. We loved it down there and are already checking our calendar to see when we can go back. When we do we will be staying here again as well as already recommending this place to friends and family.

Great Stay!!

My family and I stayed at this property for New Years. Wow! What an amazing view we had from our balcony. The Malecon was lively with music and people strolling the boardwalk, before midnight floating lanterns where released and then at midnight the sky light up with fireworks. It was AMAZING! The condo is very nice with modern features and the kitchen well stocked which made making breakfast nice. This place is close to everything, great restaurants and bars, and yet we felt very safe in our unit. Judi is so nice and very attentive and responds to any messages immediately

Location & Host Can't Be Beat

Judi is the best host I've ever worked with. She helped me be prepared for everything and even checked in on us throughout our week stay. The condo is located on the malecon, so expect noise. A lot of it. We thought we understood noise but we didn't. A salsa band played in the building from about 10:30pm to 1am Friday through Sunday. So be prepared to be up and enjoying it! You are close to everything. The view is unbelievable from the balcony. I would stay here with an adult travel group. Thank you Judi for your excellent care of us!

Superb view and vacation vibe, clean, inviting

Great view, noisy but fun location on the malecon, nicely decorated, clean, secure. What's not to love? We enjoyed the sunsets, the restaurant selection (don't miss The Burro and Blue Shrimp) also breakfasts on the terrace, and the people-watching at this bustling, tourist-active location. There's an inspirational sculpture just out the terrace door, "In Search of Reason" by Sergio Bustamante--it draws tourists like honey and is so fascinating to watch! And do bring ear plugs! The music is great, but late into the evening you will appreciate the option to wear them or not. Thank you to our gracious host, Judy.

Great location and great host!

We stayed at Judi's wonderful condo in January 2018. The condo was very comfortable and well-equipped. The location of the condo was perfect -- right on the Malecon in the middle of all of the action. The 2nd floor condo faces directly to the ocean and all of the activity below. We enjoyed people watching during the day and all the activity at night including the almost nightly fireworks. One caution -- the night life is quite lively and loud. The music plays well into the night -- usually past 2am. So you many want to consider bringing some earplugs! Judi was a great host and supplied us with many tips and recommendations. You will be happy staying here!

Location Location Location!

This property has everything you need and the surroundings are incredible. The pirate ship fireworks every night are a free added bonus! Judi was amazing to work with and answered instantly with any questions. She has Angel meet you at the property and the check in and check out are a breeze. One note...pay attention to the reviews about the noise. If you are a light sleeper, you will indeed need earplugs or earphones to drown out the noise. Really the only night it was super loud was on Saturday. The other nights the noise was mild and we slept like babies. We visited on July 2-9th 2024.

Review

Excellent location to restaurants, stores, and beach. Great view! We saw whales from balcony two days in the row! Host told us to bring earplugs, but didn't realize it was unbelievably loud. Don't know how we managed to sleep. Loud music usually goes on till 2 am. Lighting inside the condo is very low we bumped into glass coffee numerous times. We informed history. Host will look into ways to improve the lighting and glass coffee table.

I have been to Puerto Vallarta 20 or so times. This condo is in the heart of the best of PV with stunning views. When you go in July you know it’s going to be hot, humid and rainy so to have the sweeping ocean views from the indoor comfort of a climate controlled area is awesome when the porch is just too hot. Washer and dryer was amazing to have with the heat and so few clothes. Tons of restaurants and bars next door were handy especially on a night with pouring rain. Yes, the malecon is very loud at night especially on the weekend so that might not be for everyone, but I enjoyed the great music from the balcony and was so tired after a long day that I slept soundly each night. Judi was awesome from a distance in messaging and Angel and the people onsite were also wonderful. Easy check-in and check-out. Felt cared for without feeling like I was being babysat which I appreciated. I will stay here again on future trip!

Amazing sunsets!

The property is exactly as described. Tastefully decorated, clean and all the room we needed for the 2 of us. It was great having 2 bathrooms! The large wrap around balcony is fabulous for watching the amazing sunsets! Judi was very responsive and welcoming! Yes, as a previous person mentioned she asked that I either water the outdoor plants or let her come in to do it. I really did not mind watering them, IT WAS NO BIG DEAL! The location on the Malecon is both the condo's best feature and it's worst. On the Malecon, you are right in the middle of everything. What ever you would want is right outside your door. But, yes the noise level at times can be quite loud. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs or join the party until it ends :)

It is in a small 11 unit building that was converted to condos from one of the first hotels in PV and has recently been renovated to first class and updated with beautiful new furnishings.
The people that live in the complex are like family, friendly lovely folks who look out for each other !

I live in Boulder, Colorado and have been traveling to Puerto Vallarta for many years to enjoy the warmth of the sun, the ocean and the wonderful local friendly people

Oceana Plata condominiums have once been the famous hotel near the original light house on the malecón. This was a building in the early 1960’s where Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor hung out with famous and non-famous friends in the restaurant and bar.

In-town living in Ocean Plata gives an occupant the ability to view the malecon‘s art galleries, in particular Bustamante’s “In Search of Reason” The bronze pillow -headed mother and her two children symbolize the classic story of children venturing out from the security of their mother’s care, while she is imploring them to “use reason.”

Living in the heart of the city, you experience its pulse. You are a customer of the knife sharpener man, the bread man. You walk to buy tamales for home, also stopping to purchase home-made camote for an evening dessert or tomorrow’s breakfast with cold milk. You experience the art scene, including ever-changing sand sculptures. Fireworks are frequent celebrations of light and color in front of Guadalupe Church and the town plaza.
