This rustic cabin has its own waterfall and wadding pool! It had a pack and play and high chair for our grandchildren along with an extra large crate for our dog. We all had a blast in the beautiful backyard!!! Would highly recommend staying here.

The waterfall in the back was amazing and there was a wonderful sitting area to enjoy the view and sounds. The picture window in the den…just amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee maker had a pod option that was nice. I would say for a family this house is a 10/10. For two couples traveling together the bathrooms being one of each floor made it more of a 8/10. Would recommend 10/10 just make sure you are comfortable sharing a bathroom or going downstairs in the middle of the night.

Very nice, Waterfall was amazing. Some safety comments. Upstairs shower needs no slip mat. Some rugs on floors, upstairs bathroom, kitchen, were also slippery. Grab bars in both bathrooms would be helpful. Great property overall, beautiful setting.

5 star stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite our rough start. When we arrived at the house there was no power. No fault to the owner. There was a massive power outage in the area we weren’t aware of due to the hurricane. The owner offered for us to stay the first night and cancel the next day with a 100% refund if the power issue wasn’t resolved. Thankfully we had power the next morning. The house had plenty of games to keep our 10 yr old entertained. The hot tub and fire pit by the waterfall is so relaxing. There is an adjacent home that shares access to the waterfall but it is still private. The beds and furniture in the home were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We also like they provide a huge kennel for dogs and bowls and such if needed. We brought our dog and he goes everywhere with us so we didn’t need it but it’s nice they provide amenities for the traveling fur babies. The home is centrally located in between downtown Franklin and Highlands. We enjoyed visiting the local towns and hiking. We plan on returning and staying here again.

The cabin’s waterfall was so refreshing!! From the master bedroom, you sit up in the bed and it’s the first thing you see!! Great design! Everything was perfect! Thanks for allowing us to share your lil slice of this side of Heaven. May God Bless You ALL!

Loved staying here! The waterfall is amazing, and the views from the home are lovely. Only drawback - It was RIGHT off the road, and there was heavy machinery moving the remnants of a landslide, otherwise it would be a very peaceful place.

Hot water was unreliable for the whole week and nothing was done about it. Too many cold showers.

Property was perfect for a getaway with my family. The waterfall behind the cabin with the fire pit directly beside it was the perfect place to spend evenings together. An easy and beautiful drive to the cabin centrally located between Franklin and Highlands.

We loved the cabin! This place is the perfect illustration of the saying, “Don’t judge a bike by it’s cover.” At least for the time being. We drove up and there was a construction site in front. My heart sank. Then we went inside and the large picture window with full view of the 20ish foot waterfall put me at ease immediately! It was super pet friendly. Our lab had a blast fetching balls in the water for hours and hours! The hot tub has the perfect view of the waterfall! We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor seating. The appliances are all brand new in the kitchen- well stocked cookware and utensils! All in great condition! Plenty of plates and silverware. The den had plenty of seating for all! Great reclining couches that were awesome for healing our weary bones after all the hikes! We spent our time between Cashiers and Highlands- not too far to either place! We will definitely be booking again! Wish there had been a downstairs bedroom. No way to take my elderly parents to stay - stairs are just tooooo steep to the upstairs. We did love it!

Great Location and beautiful property

Had a great stay and loved this property. The waterfall was great and kids loved playing in the creek. Location is perfect and very convenient to both Highlands and Franklin. We will definitely book this cabin again!

We had a nice time. We chose this property for the waterfall and our kids enjoyed playing in the water, which is shallow and safe. It was in a nice and quiet area. Shopping is close by.

Fantastic getaway! Location was great between Franklin and Highlands. Access and parking for normal cars - do not need 4 wheel drive to get to property. Waterfall is shared with neighbors but had no idea they were even there.Will book again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, with proximity to hiking trails and other activities in each direction.The pictures don't do the backyard justice, as it was amazing. Not a much better view for coffee or anything.....The house met our needs and the kitchen was equipped with all needs. Very relaxing and highly recommend. Host was very responsive as well.

Relaxing stay with private waterfalll

The view of the waterfall is amazing and very relaxing. The house was very clean and nicely stocked with all the basics. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Perfect stay

We spent Thanksgiving there and had a great time! My sons said it felt like home. The location is beautiful and the house is cozy. The pictures don't do the waterfall justice. Very cool property. Close to Franklin and Highlands and lots of waterfalls/hiking! We'll definitely be back!

The waterfall is amazing, and at night with the lights on it it is even better. The living room looks out onto the falls. Parking was easy. There is a little construction going on on the main road, but it is not a bother at all. I read a previous review about water pressure, it was fantastic, so maybe they just caught it on a bad day. Access is a breeze. There is a Food Lion coming in and an ABC store. Its a good place to stop. Also, for any last minute items there is a Dollar General nearby. If you bring water shoes you can wade out under the falls. We also used the fire pit, there was wood but I would recommend bringing some kindlin and fire starters and lighters. The hot tub was great as well. There is a grill that is easy to use and if you are a dog family a crate is provided. We did some laundry as well and the machines were great (we forgot some things and had to re-use some clothes). There is not much for cell phone service, which is fine, because you can just login to the internet and use wifi for calls. Speaking of the wifi, sometimes when you get off the beaten path it is not great, I had to do some work and it was great. There are games for the kids provided as well. Coffee machine can do pots and cups. Not far from Dry Falls and the Highlands, where you will pay this much for just a room without a waterfall. Great value for the money and we would stay again for sure. Book and enjoy!

Great place to relax

The loft master bedroom is a cozy and comfortable room!! Everything worked as advertised and we were very happy with the house. The waterfall takes this over the top!!!
