Amazing 1st floor location. Beautifully decorated, comfortable surroundings and the incredible Gulf of Mexico right out the door! Views from the well-furnished living room and welcoming Master Bedroom are incredible. Sunrises here are honestly some of the most breathtaking anywhere in the world. The soft white sand under your feet will make you want to stay forever! Summerlin 104 is a lovely home away from home with everything you will need. The Master Suite has a wonderful king bed and private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has a new king bed and private access to the hall bathroom. If you need more space, the sofa offers a queen pullout sofa.
We provide free parking, free secure wireless internet, secure door access and many other upgrades!

What a week !

We had a great time at this property. We were totally new to the gulf coast. We are very familiar with the Carolinas beaches and we likened FT Walton to the pace of OBX with the action of Myrtle Beach just 15 minutes east. Everything was just easy. Steps to the pool, steps to the sand, steps to the car… could not be a better set up for convenience . Didn’t want to leave, definitely want to return.

Best location on the beach

We had a really nice stay in this unit. Location to beach couldn’t be better. Having beach service included was a big bonus.

Just As Described

We absolutely loved our time at the condo. It was exactly as described in the listing. The view was spectacular. Beautiful sunsets. Tina was absolutely great to work with. We will be booking again!

Great location!

Wonderful views and easy beach access! Well laid out condo for our family of 6. Large balcony and very clean overall. Easy parking, too!

Perfect place to relax at the beach

This property delivers! Clean, very nicely furnished and you can't get a better view. Great location and enjoyed walking the beach.

Great property-poor cleaning service service.

It’s a great property but the owners should find new cleaning service. The vacuum was so packed it wouldn’t pick up anything and there was debris under the throw rugs. No comfortable furniture in the living room.

Wonderful condo. Well built and quite guests. Amazing view!

We have stayed several times at this complex and our only regret is we did not buy one here 25 years ago. Amazing view, well built, plenty of room.

The Perfect Property!

This was an amazing property! It’s a small building so the beach, elevator, and pool were not crowded. The condo is stocked with everything you’ll need for an amazing trip! The beds were very comfortable as well! We have stayed in a lot of condos over the years, but this one was by far one of the best!

Winter getaway

We spent the month of February at 101 Summerlin and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is incredible. Saw dolphins close to shore on several mornings.

Beautiful Condo!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! Exactly as the pictures shown and the condo had everything we needed! Communication was excellent with the owners! Will definitely stay here again and suggest this condo to others!

The view was awesome from the balcony, living area and master bedroom.. Thrre were many seating choices on the balcony also. Everything was very clean and welcoming.

Probably the best property we have ever rented

Everything about this property was as close to perfect as you will find. The short walk to the beach, the comfortable furniture and the cleanliness of the property was just great. We had to leave a day early due to the death of a family member so that was a hard way to end our stay. This is our new go to place in Florida!

Honeymoon

We loved our stay here. It was just what we'd hoped for, a quiet, uncrowded, relaxing getaway for our honeymoon. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had beautiful gulf views and was easily accessible to the beach. We'll be back.

Enjoyable winter getaway

Condo was very comfortable, clean and nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. We have stayed in several units in Summerlin and enjoy the convenience of smaller buildings. This was the first time staying on the first floor but still had a nice view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific stay

Property was nice and close to the beach and enjoying not having to wear shoes! The chair service was an excellent perk and I’ll never haul chairs and umbrella again! Would like to return next year during bike week!

Lovely condo!

The condo was just as pictured. The bed was so comfortable I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The views were breath taking! We would definitely rent this condo again!

So good to be back on the island

First year back since 2019. Loved being right on the beach again. The pool is heated. The condo is very well appointed. Had a few issues that were dealt with promptly by the owners. Hope to return next year!

Fantastic Stay at a Gulf Condo!

Had a fantastic stay at this condo! The view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is absolutely stunning. The condo was spotless and came with thoughtful extras like a multiple device charging station. The entry and exit process was a breeze with the card pad, and the location is super convenient—close to the trash area, parking, and most importantly, just steps from the water. Communication with the owner was excellent. Do note, the pool is shallow with a max depth of 5 feet. During our off-season visit, the heated pool was a bit chilly, but that's just a minor detail. The view from the condo is breathtaking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, the entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and the condo itself is lovely. Highly recommend!

A Week Away

A great place to stay! Room was ready when we got there and the check-in process was so easy. The condo is clean, comfortable, with just enough decor to be finished but not fussy. The balcony makes morning coffee taste better and the view is spectacular. Best of all it’s a family beach. No loud music or late night noise. I had to reach out to Tina for something I misplaced and she was back to me quickly. Pleased with every aspect of our vacation.

Beautiful beach

Clean and well located property with a responsive owner! A couple of minor issues: the code to the door didn’t work (software update issue), the washing machine was finicky (needed to do drain and spin the quick wash, or sometimes press start twice), and there was only one trash bag and one roll of paper towels for the week, but still 5 stars! At the end of the day, cleanliness and quality of beach were what mattered to me, and it delivered on both. Excited to go back next year.

Close to the beach!

The walk to the beach is really close! Really nice complex. The property was clean and with only 30 units the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The unit it self was a little dirty. Maybe they hired a new cleaning crew? Based on the reviews we were expecting it to be cleaner. The patio still had sand all over from the previous people, the couch was noisy when you sat on it and really outdated, the master bedroom comforter had stains on it. Other than those minor things it was a great stay!
