Overall I would say this property is average. The unit was clean and the assigned parking was nice. However unit seemed to have been minimally stocked with basic everyday essentials needed for travel. We never saw any staff, security, etc. it seemed outsiders that did not belong at the facility were coming in freely without regulation. Pool gates left open throughout the day and no quiet time for the pool in the evenings. With the unit being directly above the swimming pool we could hear commotion late into the evenings 11-12PM even during the week. For what you pay I feel as if you could stay at a more regulated resort with on site security.

Thank you for staying with Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the unit clean and appreciated the assigned parking provided with this condo. We’re sorry the pool noise was disruptive. Please note that pool rules are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. We understand that kids get excited being on vacation and near the pool, but we also understand how noise can impact your stay. We appreciate your feedback and will share your concerns with the HOA.

We had a wonderful week, the condo was clean and well stocked. I was excited they had stocked food containers. Beds were comfy and the Internet was speedy when I needed to work. I collect Starbucks cups so I was excited to see a few Starbucks been there mugs (a woman after my own heart ) The facility was clean, we received two chairs with our stay but purchased an additional two for our girls. The La Dolce Vita staff were incredible. Thanks for a great week, we will be back.
