We booked this home for a month while my sister was receiving critical care at Cleveland Clinic. Our family was in an extremely difficult situation, and we chose a longer stay hoping we would need it. Unfortunately, my sister’s condition worsened and she had to be transferred to a different facility across the country. We stayed only about 1½ weeks. We contacted the staff about a possible refund for the unused portion, but the response was very rude and no refund or partial refund was offered. Given everything our family was dealing with, this was extremely disappointing. The house itself also had several issues. The entire interior was noticeably unlevel—the floors, counters, and stairs were extremely uneven. Some bedroom doors could not fully close because of this. The upstairs bathroom had no windows and only one light, making the shower very dark. On day one, the bathroom mirror fell off the wall. I reported it, but no one came to fix it.The key-code lockbox also ran out of batteries, leaving us unable to get into the house when we needed to.The positives were that the home was clean and the location was very convenient to Cleveland Clinic. Unfortunately, because of the condition of the house, maintenance issues, and our experience with the staff, I would not stay here again or recommend it.
