The property and location were perfect! Very walkable to downtown Rosemarys Beach but secluded and quiet enough to ensure a relaxing stay. The fenced in yard was excellent for our pup and the home had an excellent layout. Great kitchen and living room space to unwind after a day at the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at the Palm Royale! The house is equip with all you could hope for, including some beach towels and even a few games! We felt the finishing touches, like the kitchen cleaning products and items for the bathroom were an incredible detail and so very appreciated! We also were thankful for hand soap in the bathrooms as well as the kitchen! We have not had experience with other VRBO rentals including these items. The pool and backyard are PERFECT! The patio furniture is comfortable, and the host thought of everything, including shaded seating! The golf cart was a nice added bonus! We highly recommend this rental!

Family of 4 plus a pup booked for spring break.We really liked this rental for a lot of reasons. Back yard and pool are great, plenty of space, bathrooms well taken care.House is also close to plenty of restaurants and nightlife but not buried right in the middle of it all so it is quiet.

This home was perfect for our family. It was clean and the layout was perfect with the primary bedroom downstairs and 3 remaining bedrooms upstairs. The golf cart was great for getting our gear to and from the beach and the backyard with the pool was where we spent most of our time while at the house. A short walk to the Donut Hole and biking distance to sushi and multiple ice cream spots were bonus. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fun family spring break at Palm Royale. The location was close to a couple of high end restaurants and a small shopping center that had nightly music which we enjoyed. We had to drive a bit to get to some of the other popular places along 30A but nothing was far!We contacted the property manager regarding a couple things missing and they responded quickly. The main rooms were large and clean, the beds were a bit firm for our liking, but some people love that!The pool was perfect for the kids and got pretty good evening shade. We enjoyed a couple of meals and games around the large dining room table. Nice house for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay overall! The home was well laid out, nicely decorated, quiet, and in a fantastic location close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was very comfortable. We loved the pool, outdoor space, golf cart, common areas, clean bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen, high chair, plentiful towels, toiletries, and nice appliances. Maintenance was very prompt when we called about the grill.While they ultimately did not impact the enjoyment of our stay, there were a few small issues worth noting. The primary mattress had a thick foam topper that felt worn/unpleasant, the fitted sheet would not stay on, and there was pet hair underneath. Without the topper, the mattress was extremely firm, and the pillows were also quite hard. Several dishes, cups, silverware, and pans had visible residue or buildup, so we hand-washed everything before use. We also found hair on a bathroom hand towel.Some maintenance/safety items definitely need attention: the primary sliding door to the pool did not lock, the child locks on the pool-area doors were broken/loose, the golf cart parking brake was weak and its license plate light was dangling, the pool light did not work, and a few towel racks/light fixtures needed attention. Lawn service during our stay unfortunately blew grass/debris into the pool and onto our beach items.Overall, we had a great trip and would consider staying again. With a little more attention to housekeeping and maintenance, this could be a 5-star rental.

My wife, myself, and our 17 year olds kids stayed here for a week in June. It was our first visit to the area but we found the home to be just as described, maybe even bigger than we expected, very clean and in a great location. We cooked many meals in the house and it had everything we needed. The pool was a great escape during the heat of the day. Even though it was very hot outside the AC did a great job keeping everything cool including the upstairs area. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the was a TV in every room which was great having teenagers. We used the Golf cart (LSV) several times but probably didn't take advantage of it as much as we should have. It was fun to have and an easy way to get to the shops and restaurants in the immediate area. We were too chicken to take it too far away though. Location to the beach was fantastic and it made it very easy to get a good spot in the morning before the crowds or even pop over in the evening for sunset. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and it provided us everything we needed to truly relax. Much appreciated.

Palm Royal delivers it all! This house provides all the bedrooms and amenities like the cozy breakfast nook for my family to enjoy all week. In fact the teenagers didn't want to leave;) The pool was a life saver during the not so great beach days, and the golf cart got us around the neighborhood so smoothly.

The house was great! The yard and pool were wonderful! But be aware that this house advertised heated pool, but then at the last minute, requested an extra 300 to heat the pool for our stay. Not sure if that is a common practice? But felt a little shady. There were a few issues with the upstairs AC and ceiling fans, that need adjusting. But all and all it was a nice place for my family to stay. Love the Panama City beaches!
