The host was very quick to respond to my texts. The house was very convenient to the beach. Check in and check out was very easy. Our first time to spend Thanksgiving in PCB.... it was great!

How is amazing. Beautiful location. I have a call into the host and still waiting for my call back and its been 2 weeks. Sadly I'm sure the homeowner has no idea but the property management company sucks! My guests on the bottom floor had to put mattresses on the floor in 3 of the bedrooms because the beds were not put together correctly and 1 was held up by a paint can, super embarrassing. I called them and asked what they planned on doing about it, they text and said 2 days later we will bring new beds, well we were there for 2 weeks and we were not going to use vacation time to wait on people to construct beds in 3 bedrooms that should have been handled before we arrived. As I said, it has been about 2 weeks and still no call back for some sort of compensation for guests sleeping on the floor. We did not sign up to sleep on floors for 1000.00 a night. We also decided not to bring animals and they said no deduction for that. Not even the pet deposit? Come on, they can do better than that.

Pros and cons The layout of the house was great for our large family had lots of activities at property BUT not well taken care of if owners would put a little effort into the up keep of the yard and all of the amenities it would be spot on . The picture on the website is deceiving the cleanliness of house could have been better only cleaned eye level . grass was very tall didn’t get cut until our last day of a week vacation . pool wasn’t cleaned when we arrived but the next day someone was out to clean it but then we had a hurricane move through if only there were a skimmer to clean the debris out ourselves would be nice my husband did buy one so the kids could swim in pool sense they couldn’t get into ocean because of the hurricane . Had a great view hope owners will take some constructive criticism because the vacation rental would and could be amazing with a little more effort into it . thank you

Most thought out layout

Honestly after booking through VRBO for 10 years this is the best most thought out layout for bigger groups and best location. Being pet friendly also is very beneficial! Fenced in yard is a major plus! Thanks for an amazing stay. Everything you need is right here plus the location to the beach is right across the street!

The location and beach access were great, but the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There was visible mold and buildup in the showers, as well as mold underneath the bathroom faucets. Hair was present along the baseboards, and many surfaces appeared not to have been cleaned before our arrival. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable using the tub or sinks. Additionally, the showers never got warm, so we were unable to take a hot shower for our entire stay. With proper cleaning and basic upkeep, this property could be a great stay, but the condition of the home significantly impacted our experience.
