Showcasing an abundance of stunning space including expansive northern living, and with an absolutely perfect inner city location where you’re steps to the energetic Smith Street, this warehouse-style 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment in the historic Foy & Gibson building is in a league of its own.
Convenient location just metres to all the brilliant bars, cafes, restaurants, & shops that line Smith St., while the nearby Brunswick St. is also filled with fantastic dining and social options.
The Space:
This property sits in one of Collingwood’s most iconic complexes and promises brilliant privacy with only 3 residences on the level.
The immense main lounge and dining zone is your ultimate central living space, and is enhanced by striking floors and a wonderful northern orientation.
Incorporated into this space is the functional kitchen which has excellent storage options including a walk-in pantry and stainless-steel appliances.
The main bedroom benefits from walk-in robe storage and a private ensuite, with the other bedroom having easy access to the quality main bathroom.
Other apartment extras include a laundry, wall heating in bathroom, secure intercom entry, and free street parking (with permit).
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the apartment unit for the duration of their stay.
** 1 bedroom is locked and not accessible for guests. **
Other Things to Note:
* TV is a smart TV only, no local channels *
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
