Enjoyed are stay the condo was wonderful. They was just a phone call away if we had any problems. Condo was clean and had everything we needed and just steps from the beach. Would definitely love to stay again when we come back to Cocoa beach

We had a lovely time. I was so glad that I was able to bring my Pomerian. He also enjoyed the stay. I will definitely stay again!

Happy Palms does a great job with their rentals. Their team is very communicative and provides excellent instructions.The ocean view, balcony, and pool are wonderful!The condominium is spacious.The location of the complex is perfect! It is so convenient to get to the pier, restaurants, and the beach!The building was quiet and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, cups, glasses, knives, scissors, a wine opener, etc., and utensils. We will choose a Happy Palms locations again in the future.

The view and location were the best parts of our stay. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and we enjoyed watching cruise ships leave the port and a SpaceX launch. It was a quiet and family-friendly place to stay. I was very impressed by the service we received from Zareh before, during and after our stay. The first few days, the pool was quite cold, but it did warm up after bringing it to Zareh's attention. The furniture in the condo is quite outdated and shows signs of wear. The two sofas are not comfortable. Overall, the condo could use some sprucing up, but we would stay there again.

Thank you Sue! We are so glad you found our place and stayed with us. Thankfully the pool heater is back up and running, thank you for your patience. We take your feedback to heart and made some changes in the unit and added some new furniture and TV's. We hope you can visit us again!

The small 2nd floor condo is directly above the pool & the main entrance from the beach so privacy may be an issue for some people. You could literally see directly into the condo. The building between floors is not very sound proof so noise could also become an issue for some people depending on who is above you. Otherwise we enjoyed the heated pool & restaurants close by.

We had a problem with the internet and emailed them and they immediately sent maintenance to take a look. He fixed the problem.

The room was very clean and with great amenities! The view was amazing! I could wake up and watch the sunrise every morning from my balcony! The top deck was really nice to sit and relax in the evenings! The host was very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions!
