Property was well located, being pet friendly was certainly a plus. Lots of nature to enjoy. Somewhat difficult to access for persons with disabilities. Looking forward to going again

We're so glad you enjoyed the location, the nature around the property, and that it's pet-friendly! You're right that access does require using stairs, as there's no ramp to the unit, so we understand that can be difficult for persons with disabilities. Thanks for sharing your experience.

This adorable condo was just right for my husband and me and our two small dogs. I have to say the hostess provides so many supplies that the two bags of paper goods, spices, etc that I normally bring went straight back to the car.

We enjoyed almost everything about our stay. Tina was extremely professional and personable. Very easy to work with. However, working with Evolve was not as rewarding. We would recommend highly! Just don’t expect Evolve to treat you as anything but a transaction.

Had a great stay for a long weekend. We were provided a pass for Hunting Island, so we took advantage of visiting the beach there as well as using the beach a few steps away. The bed was super comfy, loved having fans in all the rooms for the warm afternoons, and having a half bath so we could all have our own space. It was a stress free stay and would love to visit again.

Great Place

Me and my wife stayed for a long weekend. The unit is in a great location it was very clean and updated. Really quiet and a safe place. We love how close it is to Hunting Island but you don’t have to leave. We are already planning a trip back in the fall.

Perfect Weekend Get Away

This gem was perfect for a weekend get away with my 75 year old mom and allowed my dog to join us as well. We had everything we could hope for in a mother/daughter weekend. Easy access to the beach, beautiful weather and Tina was the perfect host offering insight on shopping, dining, and when turtle patrol meets to check nest for those of us hoping to catch a glimpse of a hatchling. I will definitely plan to return in the future! This was a wonderful long weekend!

We wanted something close to the beach. There was a short boardwalk down to the beach. There were not a lot of people which was really nice. When the tide is low, you can walk way out into the ocean. My son and his two children came with me and loved fishing out in the ocean. There were two pools we could choose from which was very nice; one you could see the pool from our room. The other one was a community pool. Both were very nice. The condo had everything we needed; there were hand sanitizers, laundry pods, hand soaps, dish soap, shampoos, conditioners, and room spray; it wasn’t just the cheap kind either. They even provided doggy treats. I told my grandkids if I had to rate it I would give it an 11 out of 10.

This location is a beautiful gem!

Tina’s condo was fantastic. It is located in a beautiful, small, peaceful walkable community with a large beachfront, pickleball courts, pools and beautiful tropical birds. We like laid back, peaceful, tropical locations, and this location was perfect for us and our dog. The beach was super close (just a short walk over a boardwalk) and Tina was very helpful when we had questions about anything along the way. Restaurants and grocery stores are not super close so plan ahead. We went to Beaufort for everything (but there may have been something closer) Highly recommend this rental. It was everything we hoped for and more. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will definitely come again.
