Enjoy ocean views right from your back porch in this sunny Harbor Island condo! You will feel peace and serenity all around you in this lovely one bedroom first floor unit. Featuring a large master bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living area, this unit accommodates 4 comfortably. You won't want to miss the incredible sunrise views every morning that you can enjoy right off your private back deck! Just steps off your back porch and you are on your way to the charming Harbor Island beach.

This unit is comfortably furnished. It features a spacious queen sized master bedroom with a full bath, as well as a half bath located by the living area. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen Smart TV with cable. The outdoor back deck is located off the living area with sliding screen doors that won't hide the beautiful views of the ocean! The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances.

Harbor Island is a beautiful area and offers many activities for guests to enjoy. There are walking and bike paths throughout the island, the community pool and hot tub, crabbing and piers, tennis courts and basketball courts! All these amenities are all available to you and your family. Harbor Island is just a short ride to downtown Beaufort, with its many shops and restaurants it’s a great opportunity to explore South Carolina’s second oldest city. Also a short drive in Saint Helena Island where there is rich in history and has many historical sites to explore, like the Penn Center, Fort Fremont and the Gullah Geechee cultural center of Frogmore.

The condo I had rented was terrible. Dirty, needed a huge upgrade and there was even caution tape on the floor in the bathroom!!! Thankfully I let iTrip know and the set us up with another condo. It was perfect! They went above and beyond to make things right. Truly appreciate them!!

The pictures online were not accurate. The condo VERY dated. The carpet was multiple colors stained, possibly bleach and very worn down . I wonder if the carpet was original to the building of the condo. The couch cushions need replacing in fact entire couch needs to go. The glass sliding doors lock was broke and a stick was being used to secure the doors. The half bath toilet made a loud noise when flushed. The lamps and furniture appear to be from the 1980’s. The floors had multiple areas where they just dip down like subfloor was rotted. Dangerous for people with mobility issues (such as my husband). Missing knobs on chest of drawers in bedroom. Master bath cabinet drawer difficult to open and close. BUT on a positive side the condo was VERY clean! 10 stars for housekeeping. Andrew with Itrip was very efficient and helpful with the issue I had with the tv. Hopefully, the owner will accept this constructive criticism and address above issues. The condo complex very clean, landscaped beautifully, quiet, pools clean. Would stay in complex again just not this unit.

Overall you get what you pay for. However, it was just not a great experience for rest. The pull out couch was so uncomfortable even my 9 and 7 year old didn't sleep through the night. The main bedroom mattress was extremely hard. By night two we moved the mattress on the floor from the couch and attempted to sleep that way. It was better but still not idea situation as the kids still were unable to be comfortable and sleep all night. The yellow caution tape between the floor of the half bath makes you feel like your going to fall through the floor. The back sliding door doesn't lock. My mistake was looking at the overall score of this rental and not looking at individual reviews.

You really can’t beat the location of this rental. Steps to the beach, lots of amenities and lovely people/neighbors enjoying it all. We really loved the stay. The condo is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

peaceful getaway

I loved this place, accommodation offered more than we expected and could use, very clean and nicely decorated. Very short walk to the beach with abundant wildlife. We are planning to come back as soon as possible.

Summer oasis

Perfect little condo for the 2 of us. A porch perfect for morning coffee and feeling the ocean breezes. Comfortable bed. The place was clean and neat and the ground floor unit was easy access.

Wonderful stay in the low country

Our condo was clean and bright, had a beach view including sunrise over the ocean and had all we needed to relax and recharge. We had local seafood from Bradley’s and Gay’s every day cooked in the well stocked kitchen. The community is friendly and the tennis courts were very fun. Hunting Island is an easy bike ride, with miles of beaches and trails.

It was the perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen. Somewhat outdated for example, the carpet was very faded from sea foam green to gray and gold color in places.

Clean & Quiet

This is the second time we've stayed at this spacious condo this year. There is everything you could imagine there to make your stay convenient including all kitchen supplies, w/d and it's steps away from the boardwalk to the white sandy beach.
