All apartments feature a open plan, with natural light and natural ventilation plus air conditioning. High quality finishes and fittings are standard in all apartments.
The recreational area has a lounge area with TV, pool, BBQ with alfresco dining area and an onsite gym.
38 High St Apartments are just 2km from the University of Queensland. there is a bus to UQ right at the front door. The train station is across the road and the ride is 9 minutes to the CBD. Toowong Village Shopping Centre is located a short stroll across the road. There are over 50 local restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate area.
